標題[請問] 試用期離職問題

請問版友： 小弟我目前在某間大學任職助理， 但因到職後身體出現病症，須長期治療。 因此想辭去既有之工作。 契約書上明訂： 「 聘用期間 自中華民國102年10月1日起 至102年12月31日止 試用期間 自中華民國102年10月1日起 至102年12月31日止 乙方因特殊事故須於聘用期滿前離職時，應於一個月前提出申請，經甲方同意並辦完 交接與離職手續後始得離職 」 當時與我交接之助理告知，於試用期間若不適任可離職... 算是對自己權益的保護。 但今天單位主管堅決我須於一個月後才可以正式離職， 我想請問 契約書可以單純依個人解讀 以"聘用"為主嗎？ 那麼這樣情況下試用的意義性何在？ 我有什麼方法可成功離職去就醫呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.133.121

標題[請問] 無法刪youtube的影片

【郭寶懃／台北報導】都市更新電子法規上路，內政部營建署今日舉辦成果發表會，主要是讓都市更新法規便利化與透明化，讓民眾都能方便上網查詢與方便攜帶。

營建署代理署長許文龍表示，建置「都市更新法規電子化系統」，是為了推動都市更新法規與資訊平台透明化，讓民眾透過網路與智慧型手機的APP應用程式，能更快接收最新的都市更新法規修正的內容。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】世界銀行（World Bank，世銀）以中國經濟走疲、商品跌價衝擊印尼等國出口及投資為由，調降中國及大部分東亞新興國家經濟成長目標，中國今、明年由原本8%以上，分別大砍至7.5%、7.7%。
 
世銀昨發布《東亞及及太平洋經濟修正》報告指出，隨著中國由出口導向經濟轉向聚焦內需，新興東亞國家將以較慢速度擴張。由於投資走疲、商品價格走軟及出口成長低於預期，包括印尼、馬來西亞、泰國等大型中收入國家成長也走疲。
 
世銀指出，中國經濟重新平衡雖有進展，包括消費對成長貢獻度提高，服務業佔國內生產毛額（Gross Domestic Product，GDP）比重增加等，但中國經濟成長改以消費為基礎的關鍵轉向尚未發生。
 
世銀除調降中國經濟成長率預估，2013年由4月預估的8.3%調降0.8個百分點至7.5%，2014年由8.0%調降0.3個百分點至7.7%，其他包括印尼、馬來西亞、泰國，今、明年成長目標均同步下修，新興東亞2013年整體成長目標由7.8%降至7.1%，2014年由7.6%降至7.2%。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】無獨有偶劇團今年落腳宜蘭五結鄉，並承租五結鄉農會倉庫，打造「國際偶戲藝術村」，今年度更以安徒生童話故事中，膾炙人口的《紅舞鞋》作為年度創作，本月底將在國家劇院實驗劇場登場，而26日則在宜蘭演藝廳舉行首演。

無獨有偶劇團是台灣第一支當代偶戲劇團，今年首次將偶戲與踢踏舞融合，藉由現場樂手伴奏，以無語言方式，重新詮釋安徒生童話故事中的《紅舞鞋》。劇團藝術總監鄭嘉音指出，這齣《紅舞鞋》從今年初就開始籌劃，費時近10個月。《紅舞鞋》是安徒生童話中黑暗風格較重的一篇，故事主要是詮釋一名愛跳舞的少女，生長在禁止跳舞年代辛苦生活著，但追尋夢想過程中，她雖被禁錮、引誘、壓迫，最後仍能堅持自己跳舞的心，努力實踐。

鄭嘉音表示，台灣社會當前也存在不少不公正、不正義的事情，盼能透過藝術發聲，讓民眾能回到內心，思考、追尋自己的理想。她說，偶戲與踢踏舞，是表演藝術中較小眾，但因故事主角是愛跳舞的女孩，因此選擇詮釋難度高的踢踏舞，盼從兩種小眾的詮釋方式，激盪出火花。
