【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】南韓樂金（LG）表示，最快下個月將發表配備可彎曲螢幕的手機與平板電腦，證實了外界的流言與推測，而且LG還發表了可彎曲電池的照片，讓人對可彎曲螢幕的隨身電子裝置更加期待。有科技網站指出，雖然三星本月預計也會發表可彎曲手機，但三星的螢幕是玻璃螢幕，因此只是彎曲螢幕，但LG的則為塑膠所作，才是真的可彎曲螢幕。

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院交通委員會今邀請公共工程委員會代理主委顏久榮列席報告。民進黨立委李昆澤質詢時痛批，「政府機關是最大派遣戶！」李提到，《勞務採購法》並未明確規範，使得部會多採取最低標，不利派遣人力的勞動權利和薪資條件。李說，政府派遣人力晉用高學歷，高達10%是碩士以上、20%已有5年以上工作經驗，負責包括影印、開會通知等正職工作，卻是同工不同酬。李要求，勞務採購應明確要採最有利標。

對此，顏久榮說，人事行政總處規定核心工作不能用派遣人力，且政府勞務採購也有規定只限固定薪資、也可使用最有利招標，目前已有23.8%採用最有利標，但會繼續檢討。

【大紀元2013年10月09日訊】（大紀元記者周月諦報導）移民和加拿大所需技能不匹配問題直接影響加拿大經濟發展，聯邦政府已經意識到解決這個問題的必要性。聯邦就業與社會發展部長康尼（Jason Kenney）於10月8日在多倫多表示，新移民資歷認證系統進展緩慢與加國各行業太自我保護有關。
　　
聯邦政府表示，加國10位省長於2009年同意哈珀總理的要求，從而「加快、簡化」新移民的資歷認證過程，建立全國統一系統。然而約4年過去了，聯邦政府投入5,000萬加元，該系統依然未建成。
　　
渥京證實，近140萬加拿大人失業，同時216,100份職位一直沒人干。加拿大人擁有的技能與僱主需要的技能的不匹配，造成很多人失業，安省也不例外。
　　
加拿大的「守門意識」太強
　　
康尼（告訴《大紀元》，現在的問題是加拿大的「守門意識（Gatekeeping）還是太強，太多行業有太多的保護主義。」新移民遞交申請時，負責給專業人士（比如醫生、工程師）頒發牌照的機構表示「Yes」，僅此而已。
　　
他建議，這些機構也應在收到申請後一年內，保證給新移民一個答覆，建議「合情理的」認證程序。各省政府應採取實際行動。新移民應在登錄之前就能申請資歷認證、職業牌照。
　　
康尼表示，他會在11月7日與8日與負責各省勞工市長的廳長見面。屆時他打算「有力地」提出外國學歷被加拿大認證之事。
　　
聯邦政府表示，將繼續向新移民提供微型貸款（Micro credit loans）與登陸前的招待會（比如在中國大陸舉行）。
　　
華裔移民Linsay Lee於2003年登陸加拿大，一直住在大多地區。她之前在中國大陸的海關工作約10年，負責安全檢查、接待官員與明星等事務。她來多倫多後，完全放棄了原有專業。
　　
李女士表示，在加拿大海關工作需要英文好，這對她很困難。她登陸加拿大時已40歲，兒子約10歲。她的主要工作專為教育孩子、當全職家庭主婦。兒子適應多倫多學校環境後，她專門到大專院校進修教育專業，並獲證書，為當中文老師打基礎。
　　
安省技校少 實習機會少
　　
康尼表示，現在的問題是安省的實習（apprentice）機會有「很多限制」，職業技術學校（vocational school）較少，造成建築業與礦業技工較少，然而這些行業急於招人。
　　
渥京表示，德國、英國及澳大利亞在創造就業機會方面比加拿大「強很多」，值得加國學習。本國青年失業率為13%，而德國只有5%。德國在幫助年輕人就業方面「能強」，技工學校與工會、僱主緊密合作。
　　
談到加拿大就業補貼項目（Canada Job Grant），康尼表示，大公司要承擔大比例的培訓費，小公司可承擔小份額的培訓費。
　　
例如，僱主只需向任何一級政府（聯邦或省級）提名某人或某群人接受培訓（須超過一年）。僱主承擔三分之一費用，聯邦與省府各承擔三分之一。僱主保證在培訓結束後聘用該員工。
