標題[討論] 我的薪資該如何談??

我畢業後做過兩個工作 都是美商的設備商 都是客服工程師 第一個在我離職後底薪五萬 但當初是新鮮生 所以薪水是由公司開的 可能是外商 所以起薪就不少了 第二個工作 底薪有8萬五 總共工作經驗有八年 由於進去前有認識的所以知道這個公司的薪資水準 目前一些原因我離開了 面試了幾個工作 我覺得談到薪水時對我來說讓我很困擾 我不期望有離職時的薪資 我想是前一間公司佛心來的 所以才能拿到那麼高的薪水 但當面試我的公司問我之前工作薪水時 我是抱著誠實為上的心情告知 但是後來幾乎都沒有下文 我認為我的學經歷是沒什麼問題 問題因該就是在 面試我的公司覺之前得薪水太高 可能我待不久 所以就不錄取我 我後來開的薪水是開5萬想給他們殺 但是沒下文就沒後續了... 1.大家覺得 我如果想要五萬的工作 是不是因該要謊報之前的高薪資才不會讓人有其他我做不久想法? 2.如果沒認識的人在面試的公司裡 到底該如何知到他們的薪資水準? 我前兩個公司都美商 但要不是有認識的在裡面 我後來也不敢開那麼高 我下個面試的是 毆商醫療器材業務工程師 我很想再待在外商 所以很重視這個面試 怎樣才不會開低 以後做的很幹 或是偏高不被錄取?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.209.34

【大紀元2013年10月10日訊】 （大紀元記者唐風溫哥華報導）列治文皇家騎警目前正在調查一宗槍擊案。星期一晚上9點多，在2號路夾Westminster高速公路附近的Steve Nash健美中心內，突然發生槍擊事件。
　　
健美中心位於6351 Westminster Highway，案發時保安聽到多聲槍響，立即向警方報警。警察9點51分趕到現場，發現牆外面有至少5、6個彈孔。警方詢問了保安，現場並沒有發現受害者，目前也不清楚，該中心是否是槍擊案的目標。
　　
警方表示，此地域較偏僻，當晚只有健美中心開放，他們希望從攝像頭拍攝的錄音中，找到嫌犯的線索。同時，警方也呼籲民眾協助，提供案件信息或舉報可疑嫌犯。 ◇

【楊景婷、陳明中／釜山報導、攝影】國片《總舖師》入選釜山影展「Open Cinema」單元，今晚在半戶外廣場首映，吸引3千多觀眾熱情捧場。開演前劇組上台打招呼，大夥在後台先搞笑大合照，每個人表情都有戲，網友笑說：「這是太陽馬戲團嗎？」上台後，夏于喬開口秀了苦練3天的韓文，獲全場觀眾驚呼，給予熱烈掌聲，導演陳玉勳表示：「這是我第1次來釜山，希望大家會喜歡這部電影。」放映時觀眾席不時傳來笑聲，顯見美食無國界。

【大紀元2013年10月10日訊】 溫哥華星期二下午發生槍擊案，警方表示，一名男子受傷送院，暫時未知傷勢，大批警員趕到現場調查。
　　
案發在S.E. Marine Drive 1700號，下午3時半，警方接報一名男子駕駛途中，遭另一輛載有兩名男子的汽車追截，對方並開槍射擊後逃去。
　　
溫哥華警方重案組正接手調查，並追緝兩名槍手歸案。
　　
受事故影響，SE Marine Drive介乎Victoria與Argyle之間的道路一度被封閉。◇

歐洲議會今天表決通過「台歐盟經貿關係」決議案，外交部表示，中華民國政府表達歡迎感謝，盼歐盟儘快依決議啟動相關談判。

外交部發布新聞稿表示，歐洲議會今天在法國史特拉斯堡全會中，表決通過「台歐盟經貿關係」決議案，呼籲歐盟執委會啟動與台灣的「投資保障及市場進入協議」談判，以深化雙邊經貿關係，達成互利雙贏目標。

外交部表示，中華民國政府對歐洲議會通過決議案表示歡迎及感謝。歐洲議會歷年及這次通過的決議案，充分展現台灣和歐盟在經濟互利共榮方面具有共同的願景。

外交部說，期盼歐盟依據這項決議儘早就雙邊投資協議與台灣展開談判，並為未來我國與歐盟簽署全面性經濟合作協議（ECA）奠定基礎。

外交部指出，決議文中提到歐盟和台灣的經貿關係良好，但彼此間的經貿量，仍落後歐盟與其他主要貿易夥伴間的經貿量，還有相當的發展空間及潛力。

決議文中也指出，歐洲議會期盼雙方除了在多邊貿易組織架構下繼續合作，也籲請歐盟執委會就投資保障及市場開放與台灣展開談判，強化投資合法性，提升雙方相互投資的質量。

根據決議文，歐洲議會認為，簽署這項投資協議除可深化台灣與歐盟的經貿關係，也是對台灣民主制度、社會多元及尊重人權與法治的支持。

外交部資料顯示，歐盟為台灣第4大貿易夥伴及最大外資來源，台灣則是歐盟在亞洲的第7大貿易夥伴，台灣與歐盟的經濟結構具互補性，在資通訊高科技等多項產業具合作潛力，未來發展空間寬廣。

外交部表示，歐洲議會在民國100年5月11日通過歐盟共同外交暨安全政策（CFSP）年度報告案時，即「強烈支持台歐盟加強經濟關係並簽署台歐盟經濟合作協議」，並在去年9月12日通過該年度共同外交暨安全政策報告案中，進一步籲請歐盟執委會及部長理事會，採取具體步驟提升雙邊經濟關係，促成台歐盟經濟合作協議談判。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】英國利物浦不少少女，為了擁有黝黑或小麥膚色，利用人工日曬機快速達到效果，根據媒體統計，當地15歲到17歲的女生中，有5成都使用過日曬機，為宣導日曬機有致癌風險，利物浦市議會發起「愛美值得死？」(The Look To Die For?)的宣傳活動，並禁止任何使用日曬機的模特兒，在今年利物浦的時裝周上走秀。
 
根據英國癌症研究中心指出，35歲以前就開始使用日曬機的人，發生惡性黑色素瘤的機率高達59%，英格蘭和威爾斯已立法規定，禁止18歲以下使用日曬機，時裝周主辦方也相當支持市議會的決定，表示會全力配合。

《蘋果日報》以「6大工商團體發表聲明，籲政爭落幕，並召開「國是會議」，讓朝野對話溝通，你的看法是？」做民調，採電腦語音輔助方式，隨機訪問506位全國民眾，調查結果有63.44%的民眾贊成，19.17%不贊成，17.39%的民眾沒意見。
