【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】微軟（Microsoft）6月推出iPhone版Office之後，不少人就期望，微軟能將Office推廣到對文書應用需求度更高的iPad上。微軟執行長鮑默（Steve Ballmer）爆料，一旦以觸控為主的使用者介面開發完成，就會推出iPad版Office。

據科技網站THE VERGE報導，鮑默周二參加市調機構顧能（Gartner）在佛羅里達舉辦的一場會議中透露，微軟正在開發這種以觸控為主的操作介面，不過微軟似乎有意先將這種介面應用於Surface或其他Windows平板電腦，然後再推出iPad版Office。

目前仍不清楚，iPad版Office是否會像iPhone版一樣，僅供Office 365的訂閱用戶使用。

標題[問題] Win 7連上網時出現詢問視窗

標題[ 大負雷]聽見下雨的聲音

本來懶得打的 因為真的有夠爛 但是怕更多人被騙受害還是打一下 --------------個人意見 不喜勿看---------------------- 劇情顛三倒四 支離破碎 無意義的前後倒敘來來去去的簡直莫名其妙 每個人物描述都非常無力空虛 尤其是釋小龍和Super junior的腳色 根本就是硬加進去的感覺 航空公司那段也是卡的讓人火冒三丈 置入的那麼生硬真的愧對電影這兩字 床戲又老套尷尬到要捏冷汗(不是演員問題是導演) 結尾倒敘女主角失去聽力事件也無意義的讓人怒火中燒 Super Junior你到底一直出現幹嘛拉 更多爛點族繁不及備載 看完太無力懶得動 沒想到字幕後竟然還要來一段 竟然又是莫名其妙的讓人怒火攻心 還給我題字阿 (還好我是公關票免錢不然會幹死) 我真的希望柯有倫 徐若瑄 徐嬌 都不要看到完成片 不然他們會很難過 (最後我得到一個合理的結論就是方文山真的很挺周杰倫 方一定是先看過天台之後 為了幫周化解危機 才把自己的片搞成這樣...果然是好兄弟 ) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.214.8

【大紀元2013年10月10日訊】（大紀元記者李雙報導）近日，大陸知名財經評論員、財經專欄作家牛刀發表評論文章稱，房價泡沫淪為中共政權掠奪全民財富的工具。日本泡沫破滅後，日本政府在20年裡換了13任首相，中國可能不是換首相的問題，而是改朝換代的問題。因為中國本次房地產泡沫遠比當年日本泡沫更大，此外國際資本加速逃離，熱錢撤出將成為中國房地產泡沫破滅的標誌性災難。

房價泡沫淪為中共政權掠奪全民財富的工具

9月26日，大陸知名財經評論員、財經專欄作家牛刀發表博文<中國房價泡沫天生就會破滅>。文章中他明確提出中共極權主義經濟體制是導致此次中國經濟危機的罪魁禍首，危機爆發將帶來不堪設想的後果。

10月8日，牛刀再次在博文中表示，在中共極權主義政權的統治下，中國百姓根本得不到人權的保障，從某種意義上說，中國人不是公民而是一個名副其實的「居民」，沒有住宅就一無所有。這是中共極權主義證券敢於無限放大房價泡沫，中共央行敢於大肆印鈔的的主要原因。房價泡沫無疑在中國成為了統治階級掠奪全民財富的工具。此博文在其新浪博客發出後不久即被刪除，但仍可通過其搜狐博客查看。

牛刀還在文章中表示，正如經濟規律是不可抗拒的永恆法則一樣，任何資產價格泡沫都必然會破滅。泡沫越大，造成的危害就越大，這也是規律。那些當年滿以為住宅可以成為萬年基業的人最後會發現，在中共極權統治下，房產只是資本炒作的工具而已。

牛刀還表示，日本泡沫破滅，隨後政府在20年裡換了13任首相，中國可能不是換首相的問題，而是改朝換代的問題。依據是，中國本次泡沫遠比當年日本泡沫更大。

極權主義體制導致可怕的經濟危機後果

在2013年APEC工商領導人中國論壇上，中共國務院參事夏斌表示，當前的中國已經存在事實上的金融危機現象，有些中共地方政府早就資不抵債，是增加了貸款在維持著。所以現在只是危機沒有引爆，壞賬沒有暴露，是在靠多發貨幣在掩蓋。

10月3日，瑞信公佈「亞洲經濟展望」研究報告，指中國大陸經濟問題仍未解決，預計2014至2015年間是地方政府債務償還高峰期。瑞信亞洲區首席經濟師陶冬表示，大陸的地方政府平均財政赤字占當地經濟生產總值的8.5%，還債高峰期將於2014年底至2015年。地方政府的基建項目，根本沒有還債能力，中國地方債務危機於明年下半年有可能爆破。

牛刀此前曾撰文表示，在西方自由市場經濟體制下很正常的經濟危機，對極權主義經濟體制國家來說可能是滅頂之災。由於其不想讓經濟危機擴散到社會危機的心態，致使只要經濟上出一點問題都會想辦法摀住，有危機也不讓爆發，最後形成大泡沫掩蓋小泡沫，小問題捂成大矛盾，以致於無法解決，演變成全面的危機，導致獨裁者下台或者國家解體。

歷史上最明顯的例子就是蘇聯解體，蘇聯共產黨徹底自行滅亡。羅馬尼亞、阿爾巴尼亞、紅色高棉、民主德國等等這些極權主義經濟體制的國家的全部垮臺，都是因為開始掩蓋經濟問題致矛盾最後爆發。

牛刀表示，中國本次危機可能面臨的是後一種，甚至在人類的歷史上都沒有見過，讓全世界都目瞪口呆的危機。
