【綜合報導】「我衝動了！」昨是七夕情人節，演藝圈傳喜訊！35歲的吳建豪（VanNess）與情牽7年、31歲的新加坡富商千金Arissa（石貞善）在8月9日於新加坡提出結婚申請，他是F4中首位成為人夫的偶像！他昨在微博po出跟女友小時候的合成照公布喜訊。他昨說：「結婚需要衝動，上周是我生日，結婚當作給自己的禮物，七夕公布也是很浪漫的時機。」

吳建豪昨晚9點多從香港返台，女友未隨行，剛成為人夫他掛著笑容說：「今天是情人節才選在這時候公開，相信我的粉絲都很祝福我。」被問到是否先有後婚？他說：「我是基督徒不可能！」他曾說基督徒守貞要關機，是否在8月9日那天「開機」？他反虧記者：「你很色耶！」笑而不答。

調查顯示，英國7月房價指數攀升至近七年高點，主要拜政府推出刺激政策、帶動房地產需求上揚所賜。

英國皇家特許測量師學會（RICS）13日公布，7月房價指數升至36，優於6月的21，是2006年11月來最高。指數上揚，意味比起房價下跌，較多受訪者認為房價上漲。

衡量新買家詢價熱絡情況的指數也從38升至53，創四年新高。

近來公布的多項數據顯示房價上漲，凸顯英國房地產市場在愈來愈多新買家進場之際，正逐漸復甦。房價上漲的主因除了經濟好轉之外，財政大臣歐斯本推出的擴大房貸供應措施，以及英國央行的貸款換融資機制（FLS）也提供助力。

RICS全球住宅市場總監金恩說：「復甦終於即將來臨，這是各地首次出現好轉跡象。」

【綜合報導】余祥銓之前才因當業務兼搬運工，工作超過五個月，贏了與網友的牛排賭注，現在卻傳出他才剛轉任醫美診所擔任經理1個月，卻因院方發生醫療糾紛，母親李亞萍火速退股，讓他又失業了。

據今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，余祥銓七月才轉職加入愛爾美醫美診所擔任經理1個月，但院方卻在一個月內就爆發出醫療糾紛，母親李亞萍也因與經營診所的鄭陳麗香摩擦不斷，決定要退股，鄭陳麗香卻嗆不會退還她投資的三百萬股份，而余祥銓為了不再被牽扯，也向院方請辭工作，據悉鄭陳麗香還有不少醫師的材料貨款、網路費用全推給余祥銓，讓余祥銓背債。

余祥銓在接受《壹週刊》訪問時也表示：「她不退我媽錢是真的，但很多貨款，現在廠商還跟我要。」李亞萍也無奈嘆：「她惡劣到極點。」鄭陳麗香則反駁：「是她自己要退股的，她可找別的股東進來啊。」但對貨款、薪資未付被告到衛生局等疑問卻暴怒回應：「沒這件事。」
