美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）副主席葉倫今天獲得總統歐巴馬提名接任主席後誓言穩定物價，提升就業率。

葉倫（Janet Yellen）接受提名後說：「要讓美國經濟復甦力道更有勁，還需要更多努力，特別是為了那些在這次大衰退受到打擊最嚴重的人。」如果參議院同意這項任命案，葉倫將接替現任主席柏南奇。

她說：「聯準會兩大使命，也就是物價穩定、擴大就業，是要服務所有美國人。許多美國人還找不到工作，擔心還不了債，養不了家。」

葉倫說：「如果聯準會確實發揮功能，就能幫助他們。」

歐巴馬在白宮的提名記者會上，也讚揚現任主席柏南奇（Ben Bernanke），並呼籲參議院儘快通過葉倫（Janet Yellen）任命案。

歐巴馬說，柏南奇是金融市場動盪時的中流砥柱，幫助美國擺脫經濟大蕭條以來最嚴重的經濟衰退。

標題[請益] 燙直燙壞的頭髮該怎麼辦?

一直以來都有自然捲，因為之前頭髮被染壞，髮質很差 大概忍了一年半，忍受自然捲的大毛躁跟崩潰亂捲的瀏海， 終於把髮質養好，想說可以重新燙個直髮 參考了板上的心得文去了算多人推薦的設計師那邊用頭髮， 用的是資生堂的藥水，第一次燙直後，設計師說覺得不夠好可以免費再幫我燙一次 過了一個禮拜後又去了，重燙以後是有變得比第一次好看，但是我的瀏海.. 變成像這樣QAQ http://ppt.cc/3zYR 很死直而且兩側好像鋼刷一樣... http://ppt.cc/KNDi (這是燙後以後自己洗的第一次...結果竟然是這樣..) 髮尾的部分也跟當初說得很自然的不一樣... 好直... 然後也毛毛的鋼刷感... 之前的努力護髮都白費了.. 請問大家像這種情況是只能等頭髮長出來後把壞掉的剪掉嗎? 還是說可以靠勤加護髮來改善... 拜託大家了QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.218.205

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】3日在義大利的蘭佩杜沙島外海，發生一艘載有逾500名非洲難民船沉沒事故，超過300人喪命，隨著一具具屍體被打撈起來，也揭發許多讓人心痛的故事，其中一具明顯早產的男嬰屍體，臍帶都還沒剪斷和媽媽緊連在一起，救難人員推測婦人應是在船上生產，不幸遇到船難，新生兒才剛來到這世上，隨即就葬生大海中。

母子2人被放在同一個棺材中安葬，死掉的媽媽也相當年輕，僅約20歲左右，這個悲慘的故事被報導出來，是因為歐盟一名官員探訪現場時，發現一具棺材特別龐大，詢問之下才得知原由，打撈起這對母子屍體的警員表示，從發現屍體那天起，他就難以入眠，現場同僚看見後大家都哭了。

這艘船上載乘的都是尋求庇護的非洲人，他們搭船冒險渡海而來，目的在尋求庇護途徑，希望能移居歐洲。

【法庭中心／台北報導】立委李俊俋上午在司法與法制委員會質詢法務部長羅瑩雪是否干涉監聽調查小組的結果，羅瑩雪說：「調查結果不需要我同意，但我負責」。
 
李俊俋質疑法務部將洩密案、監聽國會故意拆成刑事、行政調查背後有特殊目的，但羅瑩雪強調，洩密案由台北地檢署偵查中，她不能介入，而監聽調查小組的結果，不需要她同意，但她負責，沒預設立場。
