【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】巴基斯坦16歲少女馬拉拉（Malala Yousafzai），昨日獲頒歐洲議會最高榮譽「沙卡洛夫人權獎」（Sakharov Prize），也成為今日諾貝爾和平獎的熱門人選之一。

馬拉拉去年因不服從巴基斯坦激進組織「神學士」禁令，鼓吹婦女受教權而遭槍擊重傷，目前在英求學。但神學士昨日表示，馬拉拉獲獎根本是因為「她對抗伊斯蘭，她根本沒做什麼事，只是因為她背離伊斯蘭教義，所以才能得獎」。

神學士還說，在伊斯蘭教義中是禁止殺害女性，但馬拉拉的「所作所為」已經嚴重危害到伊斯蘭教，因此揚言將繼續追殺到底，不會放過馬拉拉。

【胡治言／綜合報導】名嘴許聖梅與女藝人羅霈穎紛爭高潮迭起，前天名嘴王瑞玲以道歉名義扯出「隆乳」話題，不少人懷疑許聖梅是全身多處整形的人工美女，昨她堅稱：「我只有隆乳跟墊過下巴，其他地方都是微整，我更要強調，鼻子絕對是真的。」

《蘋果》報導，許聖梅坦承，過去因為胸部小，導致沒自信，所以在2007年有人贊助的情況下，做了隆乳手術，從32A升級到C罩杯。其餘部位是否曾經大整？昨她解釋：「下巴的確植入過人工軟骨，之後陸續在淚溝打玻尿酸，讓凹陷的眼窩變飽滿，2012年則做過4D拉皮，上個月在眼尾及嘴唇打肉毒桿菌，補平紋路，我要強調我不是醫美狂，除胸部外，都是醫生建議我做，然後贊助我的。」

【吳國仲／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，五股外寮路傳出一起火警，一家已打烊休息的土雞城突然冒出黑煙，被返家的鄰居發現，趕緊撥打一一九求助。
 
新北市消防局獲報後，立即派遣人車前往，約10分鐘後便將火勢撲滅，所幸沒有任人員傷亡，附近鄰居表示，深夜騎機車返家，驚覺土雞城內冒出黑煙，趕緊打電話報警，同一時間通知屋主前來，警消表示，現場燃燒位置在土雞城的鐵皮廚房，面積約3平方公尺，初步判斷是電線走火所導致，確切原因還有待火調人員調查。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】每年國慶典禮總統夫人總成為「嬌點」，服裝設計師林國基說，周美青今年深紫色洋裝仍有「周氏風格」，「在一片朝野紛爭之際選擇了『淡定裝』」；造型師陳孫華認為，周美青少亮點，反而讚賞副總統吳敦義夫人蔡令怡穿著，「希望她們能夠互相換衣服」。

林國基在臉書發文指出，總統夫人的「周氏穿著」風格，㔻淡、不奢華、保守優雅，沒有太顯眼的表現，在深色洋裝搭配了胸針，算是不錯的選擇，呼籲第一夫人多多支持國內設計師品牌。

林國基表示，該件深紫洋裝可修飾周美青的腰身，視覺上腰部曲線看起來非常小，如果能捨胸針改配珍珠項鍊，會是較好的選擇。造型師陳孫華表示，總統夫人今年的洋裝、配件都滿妥當的，比往年來得好，若能與副總統夫人服裝交換，「起碼那個亮點的部分會好一點」。

【戴之聖、蔡進男╱基隆報導】新北市一對退休夫妻，前天從基隆搭乘小舢舨出海釣魚，回港時因風浪太大船被打翻，救難人員獲報摸黑搜救，由直升機將攀在船尾呼救的丈夫救回，他擔心失蹤妻子安危，一下機又立刻趕回漁港，潛水人員最後在翻覆舢舨下找到其妻遺體，丈夫悲痛說：「我知道老婆在翻覆船體下方，但我真的無能為力。」兒子則跪在地上大哭：「媽媽！」

國民黨主席馬英九表示，面對蓬勃發展的電子商務，政府沒有時間猶豫。第三方支付在大陸發展最快，連香港都比不上，這給政府很大教訓，期盼今年底完成修法程序。

行政院政務委員張善政昨天在中常會上報告「第三方支付服務之推動及管理作為」，馬英九舉大陸淘寶網為例，表示時代在變、環境在變、潮流也在變，政府必須因應新的挑戰，否則就會落伍。

馬英九說，政府剛開始面對第三方支付，制式反應認為應該納入金融體系，否則會出現責任、洗錢問題；但捷運悠遊卡在他擔任台北市長任內推出時，當初只是捷運使用，後來發現可以做現金卡儲值，後來還能做信用卡；卻遭遇困難，當時財政部認為會有問題。

他表示，直到國民黨執政悠遊卡才變成聯名卡，但仍趕不上時代需要，就是第三方支付。

馬英九指出，大陸淘寶網生意做到台灣，一年七百多億營業額；光嘉義市就採購了幾十億元，可見魅力多大。

他說，政府採取溫和堅定方法，先利用現有法令「電子票證發行管理條例」，讓第三方支付可透過跟銀行合作建立初步模式；等修法完成後再變成更現代化、更小模式。
