餐廳名稱：卡滋日式豬排專賣店 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：台北市松山區 電話：02-27487767 營業時間：11：30-2：30，5：00-9：00 每人平均價位：250~350 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：里肌豬排、腰內肉豬排 官網：無 有圖無音樂無閃光好讀網誌版: http://nickhow.pixnet.net/blog/post/269569748 國慶日賺到一天假日 睡醒後已經中午該覓食的時間 台北市各大豬排名店每到假日肯定爆滿 所以到了離家比較近的卡滋豬排吃吃看 畢竟這間店之前也有不少人推薦 到了停好車之後走到門口 好像跟以前看到網友分享的招牌不太一樣 可能是裝修過了吧 大門在左邊 另一邊有個大公仔還有一些他們產品的模型 店裡用餐的人數其實不少 剛好是全滿的 翻開豬排的菜單 本來想點的是超厚豬排 因為個人很偏愛厚豬排咬起來的口感 想不到現在才十二點 服務生就說那個已經沒了 雖然它上面寫限量但是有一點意外 最後只好退而求其次點了里肌肉 女友則是點了腰內肉套餐 首先送上的是小菜 今天的小菜左邊的是牛蒡絲 右邊的是榨菜跟豆芽 接著是生菜沙拉 有兩種醬胡麻醬跟油醋 我點的是胡麻 是有點美乃滋的感覺 內容物就是一般的生菜 小黃瓜 葡萄乾 上面灑著些榖片 味增湯是可以無限續加的 但是裡面有加豆腐跟豆芽菜 個人比較不喜歡味增湯裡面有豆芽菜 不過這個因人而異囉 桌上的調味料部分 最左邊就是豬排店最基本的豬排醬 中間後面是七味粉 右邊的是生菜的醬料 裡面有一顆金桔 是稍微有點酸酸口味~~滿清爽 接下來就是上豬排了 這是我點的里肌豬排 還有附上無限的白飯跟高麗菜絲 豬排上面那個一小碗的是辣辣的沾醬 我是滿愛的啦 甜甜辣辣的很香 雖然桌上已經有豬排醬 但是他還是有兩種醬可以做選擇 左邊是咖哩醬 右邊是味增醬 光是用看的感覺超像 不過味增醬上面有蔥花 不至於搞混 豬排底下的鐵網基本上則是豬排店必備 豬排的側面 看起來感覺滿多汁的 里肌豬排吃起來較有嚼勁 而女友點的腰內肉則是比較軟嫩的口感 各有優點囉 吃完以後是甜點的部分 今天甜點是仙草凍 恩..很普通 隨餐附贈的飲料 我點的是奶茶 總結: 這家店其實豬排不錯吃 如果突然想吃豬排又不想到其他名店大排長龍的話 是個不錯的選擇 不過價錢其實以豬排來說也不算便宜 兩個人總共吃了六百多 如果味增湯跟甜點可以好一點就更好了 服務生的服務態度算是不錯 還算主動有禮貌 總之離家很近 有機會還是會來吃 -- 尼豪的溫泉美食旅行手札 http://nickhow.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.69.148
