台灣的電影本來就需要保護啊 問題是你保護的方式是給他魚吃還是教他釣魚嘛 直接扣5%很明顯就是直接塞給他魚吃 試問這些直接拿魚就吃的會有什麼長進? 尤其是有個叫朱延平的人特別會搶 其他人只能舔他吃剩的魚骨而已 配額政策也很智障啊 今天你家小孩唸書不爭氣 你的作法是把比他更會唸書的小孩趕出他的班上這樣對嘛? 最好的作法就是鼓勵民間企業資助拍片的減稅政策 你看魔人烏波為了減稅 自己下海狂拍濫片不是嘛? 如果民間企業覺得贊助拍片有利可圖 老闆還會捧著錢到導演家請他拍片勒 但是台灣的慣老闆當然沒這麼好叫得動 在不知道片子能不能賣座的情況下 片子不賺但至少能夠幫忙減稅 這些慣老闆會不心動嘛? 又 拍片方拿這些慣老闆的錢 他就得繃著神經好好拍片 如果片子不賣 一次兩次... 再多次一點你想會有哪個康安敢拿錢贊助的? 片子如果賣了 慣老闆就會覺得 有得節稅 片子賣了又能分紅 超爽der 這是一種良性循環 朱延平再怎麼神通廣大 拿著企業朋友的錢拍片也不敢亂來 可如果拿的是政府補助金 隨便拍我老朱都賺 賠也是賠納稅人的錢 白痴才會認真拍片 不過話又說回來了 政府最不可能實施的政策就是這步 要他少收錢 這不是要他的命嘛? 所以台灣的電影基本上沒救了 他是注定不會釣魚了 多抽個5%多點魚給他吃只是讓他多茍延殘喘一陣子而已 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.123.180

中廣新聞網 – 2013年10月8日 下午12:52 在高雄港展出的「黃色小鴨」，到10月7號已經突破231萬觀賞人次。在高雄港展出的最後 一天是10月20號，當天下午四點舉行閉幕儀式，「黃色小鴨」將從光榮碼頭告別遊客，拖 回駁二基地，洩氣、打包。最後兩個星期的展出，高雄市政府還是提醒遊客，前往光榮碼 頭，務必使用大眾運輸。(林憲源報導) 「黃色小鴨」在高雄港展出的最後一天(10月20日)下午四點在光榮碼頭舉行閉幕儀式，儀 式結束後預定當天下午四點半，黃色小鴨會在船隊鳴笛、噴水與市民、遊客歡送下，從光 榮碼頭拖回駁二基地，吊掛上岸、消氣，預定在當天下午六點前完成打包工作。 「黃色小鴨」在高雄展出最後兩個星期，高市府依舊提醒遊客盡量使用公車或接駁車前往 光榮碼頭，10月10日至13日、10月19日至20日連續兩個假日，從高捷中央公園站一號出口 發車的免費接駁車提前至上午十點開車，尖峰時間加密車次最快五分鐘一班，並將青年路 (中華路-海邊路)雙向內側車道、青年路(中山路-中華路)西向內側車道設置為公共運輸專 用道，除接駁車、大客車、公車、計程車、緊急救難車輛外，其他車輛禁止行駛，沿線路 口實施禁止小汽車左轉。 (圖片:高雄市政府提供) http://ppt.cc/b~22 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.128.65

【簡嘉宏╱綜合外電報導】上海對台研究暨《台海研究》雜誌創刊座談會10日在上海東郊賓館舉行。中國國台辦主任張志軍、副主任孫亞夫、中共上海市委常委沙海林及知名對台研究機構專家學者等都出席會議。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】儒鴻（1476）第3季營收49.6億元，季增20%，年增40.2%，德意志證券表示，看好儒鴻第4季成長動能，2014~2015年產能強勁提升，調升營收和獲利預估，維持買進評等，但將目標價從320元上調至350元。
 
德意志證券指出，儒鴻第4季在越南和柬埔寨新產能和服飾訂單挹注下，預估第4季營收可季增24%，未來產能擴充成長可達54%，調升2014~2015年營收成長預估0.9%、7%，一併上調獲利預估2.2%、8.1%，每股獲利可望上看15.91元、20.76元
 
德意志證券指出，儒鴻順利搭上越南TPP題材，未來關稅減免的利差可望有題材，但利差貢獻還沒有開始。不過預估儒鴻未來採購紗線時，有望減免80%的關稅。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國落克斐勒大學(Rockefeller University)的蟑螂研究計畫當中，近日發表一項最新研究，指出蟑螂也有「種族之分」，而且蟑螂有自己的生活圈，如同人類一樣，有強韌的「蟑螂際關係」，而蟑螂親友們不會任意背棄而去。

研究指出，在研究紐約的羅斯福島(Roosevelt Island)上的蟑螂，發現東區蟑螂和西區蟑螂的基因組成不一樣。而且蟑螂獨立成家後，不會離開自己的家鄉太遙遠，並且有牠自己的鄰居和好友群，社會凝聚力不會輸給人類。

標題[求助] 男友的打呼聲困擾著我...

我本身是不太會打呼的人 頂多鼻道不暢通的時候 可能會在熟睡時發出一些呼吸聲 (有求證過男友) 但是 跟男友交往到現在 每次一起睡覺時 他的打呼聲真的讓我很難睡好 因為滿大聲的 我本身又比較怕吵 即便嘗試過 等我熟睡了 他再睡 還是會被他的呼聲吵醒 QQ 想帶他去看醫生 可是他好像覺得這沒有需要到看醫生的地步 因為他爸好像也會這樣打呼之類的.... 想請問大家有遇過這樣的問題嗎? 有什麼比較好的解決方法?
