【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】載著家中愛犬出門兜風時，不少小狗喜歡把頭探出窗外，享受微風迎面吹來，不過這隻小狗湯瑪斯搭車時，一定要和主人手牽手才會安心。

湯瑪斯的主人拍下這段開車載牠的影片，從影片中可以看到，車子一發動湯瑪斯就伸出小掌，要主人牽住牠，主人只要一放手，牠就會拍拍主人的手臂，撒嬌似地要主人牽好牠。

這段可愛又溫馨的影片，當然成功吸引不少注意，成為YouTube上熱門影片，大家紛紛留言表示很喜歡，主人受訪表示他還真沒想到會這麼受歡迎，而且他也強調拍攝影片的手機，是架在儀表板前，他絕對有遵照安全駕駛規定，沒有造成任何危險。

特偵組監聽引起政治風暴，台中市議員賴義鍠今天下午在議場當場測試自己有沒有被監聽，他拔掉手機電池後，請警察局長刁建生撥手機，沒想到仍有來電答鈴，只是無人接聽，他懷疑自己遭監聽，要求警方調查。

刁建生說，賴議員手機撥通後，有來電答鈴「你是我兄弟」，歌曲播放兩句後，就轉入語音信箱；他不具備監聽專業，不確定是否被監聽。

台中市警局刑警大隊科技犯罪偵查組長張承瑞表示，正常上線監聽時，被監聽對象不會知道自己被監聽；議員測試的方法，可能是電信業者的加值服務，例如來電轉接或來電答鈴等，當手機電池拔除後，別人撥打這支手機號碼，可能轉到加值服務，聽到的就像是撥通電話的聲音。
