《自由時報》報導，台中市「榮元營造公司」以「工程周轉金」為由，向台灣銀行台辦理貸款。台灣銀行雖然要求榮元開立專戶，以確保債權，但卻沒有真正去稽核，直到沒繳利息才發現，榮元公司早就被搬空，台銀損失超過1.6億元。

【胡治言／綜合報導】網易網站昨天曝光一張中國將領參與演習的照片，指出解放軍近日展開代號「使命行動2013B」的跨區戰役演習，在中央電視台所披露的一則影片（http://goo.gl/2v10Ws）中，對台作戰地圖曝光，直指照片正上方、掛在牆上的地圖就是「作戰地圖」。

《蘋果》報導，從該報導中的照片可見，離島澎湖被圈起來放大為細部地圖，另台灣本島地區也有註記符號，對於報導，我國防部軍事發言人羅紹和昨表示，武力犯台是共軍建軍項目之一，因此在聯合指揮部中出現台灣地圖並不令人意外，而國軍對於中國此次的「使命行動」軍演，一直都在掌握中。

《蘋果》報導，黃品源夫妻7月3日在戶政事務所簽字離婚，結束17年夫妻關係後，黃品源多在海外工作，蜜兒本月11日晚上8時赴東區的舞蹈工作室教學；晚間10時結束偕平頭男同事到超商買飲料，2人閒聊舞蹈工作和排課心得。

黃品源因工作常往海外跑，被問到是否有機會復合？他僅說：「最近幾乎沒見面，透過簡訊，溝通比以前好。」

【胡治言／綜合報導】政府組織改造本是要為政院瘦身，卻愈改愈肥，高官竟愈減愈多，第一波組織改造後，竟有9單位、簡任10職等以上的員額比組改前還多，合計高官增加189人，若以十職等月薪約8萬元計算，國庫每年要多付上億元人事費。

《蘋果》報導，根據立法院預算中心資料，政府組織改造迄今，已有19個部會完成相關的組織法修法，但簡任官卻越減越多，僅國防部因裁軍，比照十職等以上的官員大幅減少115人，其餘包括行政院、衛福部、主計總處、客委會等9單位，簡任官人數都增加，且增加員額還比原本合併前的員額更多。

行政院人事總處官員解釋，多數單位認為整併其他機關後，簡任官員也需要增加，以便督導、整合推動業務，且這是預算員額，並未超過編制員額，也不一定滿編。淡江大學公共行政系教授陳銘祥說，「增加一個處、增加一堆簡任官就能提升效率，老百姓不會相信這種鬼話！」
