高市警察局交通大隊昨公布今年上半年1月到9月30日止，發生車禍死亡人數較去年同期降低15％，酒駕死亡事故發生18件、死亡19人，較去年同期發生47件、死亡49人，死亡人數降低幅度61％。

統計指出，今年1到9月，騎機車發生交通事故死亡人數112人，較去年同期的144人，減少32人，降幅達22%。65歲以上死亡46人，較去年同期49人減少3人。

高市交通大隊指出，「機車、老人及酒駕」是交通事故發生主要族群及因素，為積極防制及對症下藥，辦理相關工程單位，共同現地會勘，改善交通工程設施，並加強灌輸民眾安全用路觀念。

交通大隊呼籲民眾，汽機車駕駛者勿酒後駕車，就算自覺清醒也不要勉強開車，請家人或未飲酒者駕車，或搭乘大眾運輸工具代步；也可多加利用市警局交通大隊提供「代客叫車」的免付費電話0800-001006 ，以免發生危險。

【洪振生／屏東報導】屏東縣長治鄉晚上發生父殺子的人倫悲劇。65歲的鄭姓父親與邱姓兒子（36歲，從母姓）晚上在家對飲，酒酣耳熱之際，父親為了中風臥病在床的母親，是否該請看護一事，與兒子起口角，竟憤而持水果刀往兒子刺去，不勝酒力的兒子沒閃過，當場被刺中左胸，倒地流血過多死亡。鄭父見闖了大禍，喝農藥自殺。警消獲報後將兩人送醫，兒子到院時已無生命跡象，父親亦命危。

標題[閒聊] 萬元左右的手機

本來一直想再買一隻雙卡機的 但無奈理想的雙卡機不存在 最近出了一堆雙卡機但都各自有缺陷= = G700、idox X這些本來有期待的也都不太理想 最喜歡的ACER S1可惜太大了 規格好跟實際使用起來還是有落差的 就像我買給我媽的SH930W一樣 硬體間沒有好的搭配或是軟體沒有好的調教 然後我就放棄了 買了一隻ONE MINI，要買之前真的考慮很久 這隻的硬體真的夠用嗎?!我不知道 但本著SENSE值5000的觀點我還是買了(希望要升SENSE5.5喔) 另一個理由是可以跟NEW ONE組大小情侶機 第一天測試一切都滿順手的，雖然看記憶體都剩不多 但使用app都滿順的，相反地，我媽的930記憶體都剩一堆 結果都噸頓的，就暫時用這隻來度過這個過渡期吧 不然一直找手機也滿累又浪費時間 請問one mini的前鏡頭跟new one是同一顆嗎? 側面有一個SAR標準值的貼紙能撕嗎? 想跟大家閒聊的是 如果價錢都相同，就是不考慮價錢 你們會選ONE MINI、小米2S、ACER S1、IN810、Padfone2、G、GJ 這幾隻的哪一隻呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.245.24

行政院長江宜樺今赴立院接受立委施政總質詢，第一棒的民進黨立委柯建銘未讓江揆上台進行「世紀大質詢」，反倒化身「柯教授」，花30分鐘對台下江揆細數「政治ABC」，講述他對終結特務治國的看法，並諷刺江揆毀憲亂政，行政院團隊和國民黨立委跟著陪葬，只是「現代兵馬俑」。

柯建銘表示，江揆應自行道歉下台，以謝國人。

柯建銘並為自己及立法院長王金平辯解絕無關說。柯表示，他只是跟王金平分享5年來被國民黨司法追殺的心路歷程，他頂多只是陳情人，並無關說。

柯建銘並諷刺江揆說，「你不知道你面對的是什麼樣的對手」，蘇主席和柯總召已經有數十年的政治實戰經驗，還有強力幕僚團隊，「你太輕忽了，你只有五年從政經驗，還假自由主義之名一招半式行騙江湖」。柯還對江說，「好像你是停留在18世紀，我們是20世紀；你拿黑金剛，我們是拿iPhone」。

柯建銘30分鐘質詢中，江揆一開始低頭做筆記，後來抬頭看柯建銘，面露微笑。柯則多次對江說，你不要一副似懂非懂、不屑的樣子。
