請回頭想一下當初味全龍解散的過程 1999-12-07 味全龍宣布停賽一年 引來領隊會議各隊抗議 那時候職棒是虧損到極點的產業 而且完全沒有明天 統一球團以及興農球隊都表達強烈抗議 甚至要求味全龍隊解散 只有兄弟球隊要求澄清味全龍的義務 反對味全龍片面地暫停 要玩就要繼續玩 沒有暫停一年的事情 1999-12-13 味全龍宣布解散 同一天龍迷發生抗議大遊行 1999-12-15 才傳出遠雄老闆因為感念龍迷 所以想接手味全龍 但此時領隊會議反對 不收取加盟金讓遠雄進來(加盟金約1億) 因為如果不收取加盟金 對於前幾年付加盟金的中信鯨不公平 在這一場領隊會議 所有領隊都是要求付加盟金 而實際上味全龍宣布解散後 所有球隊與球員權利與義務都消失了 味全龍實際上成為消滅球隊 在法律上就不存在延續性 這跟轉賣的案例完全不一樣 所以如果嚴格上說誰殺了味全龍 所有領隊都難辭其咎 甚至味全龍的老闆展現了極度不負責任的態度 不尋求買主變自行宣布解散 否則在解散前 哪怕是10元賣給遠雄 其他球隊都沒有權利說話 這是商業行為 至於遠雄到底有沒有心要玩棒球 我想了很久 日後一直有機會重組球隊 遠雄也可以組織自己的職棒隊 在兩聯盟惡鬥的時候 遠雄也沒有入主或是贊助任何球團 那我實在非常懷疑 遠雄是不是心中只想蓋大巨蛋而已 如果有人認為蓋大巨蛋就是愛棒球 那就更可笑了 因為大巨蛋是一個聯合開發案 包含旁邊的商場 對於遠雄來說 大巨蛋就算賠錢 旁邊的商場也是賺翻了 至於遠雄老闆的人品是好是壞 我個人不與評論 也許鄉民可以google一下趙藤雄 可以看看他的說法 就可以了解 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.25.105

頂新吃掉味全 股價上被味全黃家擺了一道 有財務問題 但是味全龍解散 頂新一毛錢都沒辦法回收 只是少了第二年繼續虧損而已 而當年的真相 職棒黑到頂新這種財團只想趕快出脫 連一毛都不奢望拿回來

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】在1勝3敗退無可退的局面下，道奇隊賽揚獎強投葛蘭基(Zack Greinke)自立自強，先發主投7局失2分，自己還在2局下敲安打攻下打點，而第4棒岡薩雷茲(Adrian Gonzalez)單場敲2支全壘打，開路先鋒克勞佛也貢獻1發陽春彈，終場道奇以6比4力克紅雀，在國聯冠軍戰保住一線生機，目前仍以2勝3敗落後。

葛蘭基在前3局表現相當不穩，所幸紅雀捕手莫里納(Yadier Molina)兩度在關鍵時刻擊出雙殺打，只在第3局掉2分，2局下兩出局後的適時安打更讓他成道奇自1988年之後首位在季後賽貢獻打點的投手，葛蘭基先發主投7局被敲6安打，投出1次四壞和4次三振，失2分，拿下勝投。

岡薩雷茲則在3局下2比2時敲出陽春全壘打，這一發不只成為此役勝利打點，距離更長達450呎，成為近5年來大聯盟季後賽最遠的全壘打，8局下他又送出1發陽春彈，將比數拉大至6比2，雖然道奇終結者簡森(Kenley Jansen)出狀況讓對手攻下2分，但最後道奇仍保住這關鍵一勝。

第6戰將在後天早上8點30分移師紅雀的聖路易主場，由道奇王牌柯蕭(Clayton Kershaw)對決紅雀超強新人瓦卡(Michael Wacha)。

標題[討論] 台中的設備工程師....

小弟之前在 楊梅的勝華擔任設備工程師(約2年) 經過家人感召 回到台中 在台中三個月 突然發現一些事情 讓我很困惑 我真的沒有要筆戰的意思 只是很好奇而已 我這三個月 遇到了一些同事 閒聊之下 大家都是設備工程師出身 也大多是那些電子廠 可是 重點是 我發現他們對於設備維修的經驗 實在令人OOXX 先撇開電控PLC不說 很多主被動零件都叫不出名字???!!! 常見的光電SENSOR有兩種模式也不知道???!!! 基本的A接B接也不知道???繼電器也不懂??? 然後 我想說他們都比我老(年紀大約大我4~6歲) 可是似乎也都沒有自己一套的專屬工具??!! 結果一問之下 他們都說以前公司機台壞掉都直接叫廠商 ===================================== 因為 以前我在勝華楊梅廠 裡面幾乎都是老機台 只有一台AKT是新機台 老機台都是日本的 還都停產了 當初在那邊跟老師父 甚麼奇奇怪怪的都要自己修 小至SENSOR.培林 大至馬達.減速機.軸承 還要配合公司產能以及政策 更改程式 並且改善機台BUG ===================================== 可是 在我回來台中的這三個月 發現 一堆年紀比我老的設備工程師 跟我當初在勝華遇到的"老師傅"差太多了 差很多 我都覺得我自己只學到皮毛 但是跟他們共事後覺得很納悶!!!??? 請問 台中的前輩們??? 台中的電子廠文化都是請廠商修機台??自己不修嗎?? 還是 我剛好都遇到阿撒布魯的??? 【王家俊／台北報導】倒閣失敗後，士氣受創的民進黨決定放棄杯葛，讓六度受阻無法在立法院施政報告的行政院長江宜樺，今可上台備詢。民進黨立委陳歐珀上午在院會「國是論壇」時間播放網路瘋傳2006年台大政治系畢業影片；當年江宜樺說，政治是高貴的行業，決定那麼多人生命的事情，所以不容許墮落，沒有悲觀的權利。

江揆聽到自己的聲音，瞄了一下影片，繼續低頭檢視手中文件，表情嚴肅。

陳歐珀則批評，「江老師成為江院長，對這段影片應該記憶猶深，這段時間做為讓學生蒙羞、失望！」
