【突發中心╱台北報導】淡水河出現兩百坪水上餐廳！日前有業者以水上休閒平台工程為由，向新北市水利局租用河川公地，仿照香港電影《食神》打造水上餐廳，業者標榜生蠔可吃到飽，還可看淡水夕照，並以專用快艇接送顧客前往消費。《蘋果》日前實地了解，發現該餐廳矗立淡水河出口中央，已成為淡水新的景點。

這座國內首創的河上餐廳「海之鄉水上休閒平台」從上月初開始營業，業者從從澎湖拖來約兩百坪大的河岸餐廳，下錨於淡水河中，之後在八里及淡水老街開設名為「海之鄉」的店面，號稱台灣島第一個集遊船、餐飲、釣遊等多功能娛樂的水上平台，標榜炭烤生蠔吃到飽，廣發傳單招攬遊客買票消費。

備救生衣滅火器

記者日前查訪，賣票女員工說：「建議傍晚上船，看夕陽很美，淡水河那邊，夜燈亮起來很漂亮。」時間一到，記者被帶往八里渡船頭登上快艇，抵達平台後，隨即被帶位到二樓。記者發現，當時有五、六桌客人，炭烤生蠔並欣賞夕照美景。
海之鄉董事劉川園表示，休閒平台源自澎湖，在澎湖是由澎湖縣觀光局核定營運執照，海之鄉來淡水河已籌備一年，新北市水利局要求比照澎湖規定建造船身，船上禁用紙類，備有十三支滅火器及足夠數量的救生衣，平台旁有兩艘動力船艇待命，柴油是發電必須，進行裝補時會準備滅火器在旁以防萬一。

餐廳用地恐違規

不過，新北市水利局水利行政科長張修銘表示，該餐廳負責人只有申請平台的施作工程，業者經營餐廳與原申請使用項目不符，將依《水利法》處一萬元以上、五萬元以下之罰鍰，再要求業者進行改善。

軟板材料FCCL及太陽能背板廠台虹科技(8039)在2013年第3季的市場需求殷切之下，營收連創新高的業績走勢，台虹科技的9月營收以10.23億元創歷史新高紀錄，也為台虹科技單月營收首度衝破10億元大關，其第3季營收創新高；而台虹科技今天股價走勢也爆出昨日兩倍的成交量，並挑戰53.1元的波段新高。

而台虹科技並訂10月25日在台北國泰證券召開季度法人說明會。

台虹科技8月營收以9.49億元刷新7月創下單月的歷史新高紀錄，而9月營收更達10.23億元而較8月成長7.8%，也較去年同月成長49.2%，累計2013年1-9月營收73.6億元，較去年同期成長32.4%。

其中，9月的FCCL出貨金額5.22億元，太陽能背板在9月出貨金額達到4.83億元，創單月出貨金額的歷史新高。

台虹科技原預估在2013年第3季的旺季需求推升之下，單季FCCL營收目標訂在15億元，較第2季成長20%，而實際營收結算結果，第3季單季FCCL營收16.13億元，較第2季成長近30%。

同時，台虹科技原預估2013年第3季的營收落點目標區在25億元正負10%的範圍，在7月及8月的FCCL出現出貨金額創新高的格局之下，加上9月的10.23億元，其2013年第3季營收達到28.86億元，其單季的營收金額並較目標高標區超出5%。

台虹科技經會計師簽證的2013年上半年財報，其營收44.75億元，稅後盈餘4.08億元，較去年同期的3.37億元成長20.77%，每股稅後盈餘為2.01元。

台虹科技將於10月24日召開董事會並通過2013年1-3季的財報。
