【胡治言／綜合報導】蘋果最新手機iPhone5s與iPhone5c昨在台正式開賣，有民眾徹夜排隊13小時只為買金色iPhone5s，預估昨此款銷量2萬台以下。昨全台最早拿到金色iPhone5s、上午7時就到手的民眾杜偉俊說：「超興奮！」

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，中華電信、台灣大昨均僅供預購用戶領貨，釋出部分現貨的遠傳門市及開賣單機的經銷商門市，開店前均有民眾排隊，大都排金色iPhone5s，該款多數單店僅10∼20支，一開門即被搶光。但今年3大電信未辦特別造勢，以往數百人排隊盛況不復見。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】衛生福利部今上午舉辦追繳違反《食品衛生管理法》之不法所得研討會，下午召開記者會說明，食品藥物管理署副署長吳秀英說，經專家評估，富味鄕2年多來應裁罰金額可達4.6億元，大統長基7年多來的違法情事，則可裁罰18.5億元，且調查後若有其他事證，罰金可再調高。

吳秀英說明，因此案影響消費者權益甚鉅，且業者欠缺悔意，嚴重耗費行政調查資源，衛福部認為相關情節已符合《食品衛生管理法》第44條第2項所稱「情節重大」，所以引用該法條及《行政罰法》第18條第2項規定來提高罰鍰。吳秀英說，上述裁罰，將由地方政府執行，預計1周內實施。
