地點:台南市新化區武安里中正路251號前(附近)台19甲線36公里300公尺處南向外側車道

　　當事人是我表弟，當時上完夜校的課，準備回家，騎著光陽的GP125準備下課回家，騎到一半，前方有一台汽車準備靠右邊停車，我弟就煞車，煞車時，就聽到”蹦”一聲，就整個人摔了出去，當時因為是自摔，我弟也全身多處擦傷，有好心的路人幫忙把我弟和機車牽到旁邊，等待救護車，結果路人就過來跟我弟說，你的車怎麼摔的這麼誇張，連輪框都斷掉了！

　　結果後來去查看，發現輪框還真的斷了！！

以下是轉述我舅媽對事情經過的敘述

10/15　事故發生

10/16　車子載到機車行，機車行通知經銷商，經銷商說這不可能是自摔，叫我們車子壞了就修一修，公司不予理會

10/17　再次致經銷商，經銷商說今天沒有空，所以明天才會去

10/18　早上光陽公司的人來拍照，說要回傳照片做解析，我們跟他們確定車子不會被載走吧？光陽公司回覆說：不會，我們用照片就可以做解析了

10/18　下午，沒有事先通知光陽公司突然來把機車載走，我們是事後才被通知，這種行為會不會太誇張？我們打電話去問，光陽公司回覆說要做檢測，檢測報告最晚10/21做回覆

10/21　當天下午，看到光陽公司的未接來電，我就回撥，公司的人說檢測未完成

10/22　光陽公司的人來了解，結果問的問題都是問我們怎麼摔的，未對是否是因為機車品質瑕疵而導致的摔車做回應，重點是，我們是因為輪框斷掉才摔車啊！光陽公司回覆說這一兩天就會給我們消息

10/24　因為一直等不到回覆，今天再次致電光陽詢問，檢驗結果為何?他們說站長不再，明天由站長解釋

10/25　還是等不到光陽公司的回電，就打去光陽公司詢問，他們請我打站長的手機，站長還是一樣跟我們說不可能是自摔，然後說機車檢驗完了，要把車子載回來還我們，當天下午就把車子再回來還我們，然後說到底是怎麼”撞”的不知道，所以公司不理賠（我們沒有被撞，是因為輪框斷掉才自摔！），我們希望光陽公司提出書面檢驗報告或不理賠的原因，結果他們說公司要留底，資料不可以外流，我們是當事人，竟然說這些事不可以給我們的，就用一堆理由搪塞！

　　感謝大家看完這篇冗長的文章，如果說一台機車在路上騎一騎，煞車輪框就會斷裂，這種產品你敢買嗎？機車才剛買一個月，就變這樣，消費者還有產品可以選擇嗎？公司回應都是在逃避問題，根本沒有心想要解決品質問題！公司本身品質的問題沒有解決，還是會有其他民眾受害，現在還在等光陽公司的回覆，希望可以還給我們一個公道．

【突發中心／新北報導】新北市的疏洪道三重路段，今天凌晨2時許，發生一起機車自摔車禍，救護車到場將機車駕駛送醫途中，駕駛無呼吸心跳，目前已經送達衛福部台北醫院急救，另外有一名機車駕駛輕傷，也同樣送往台北醫院急救，目前警方正在現場了解車禍經過。
