花蓮縣吉安鄉日前發生1起槍擊案，施姓嫌犯逃亡9天，期間防彈背心不離身，槍支皆上膛隨身攜帶，警方經過連日追捕，25日終於在花蓮市順利逮到人。

據報導，17日晚間皇靈葬儀社闖進1名男子，劈頭一句「我爸爸的喪事是不是你辦的？」便對葬儀社陳姓負責人開4槍，幸好陳姓負責人送醫後無大礙。警方追緝開槍男子，調查發現施姓嫌犯曾因改造空氣槍被逮捕，且長期吸毒是治安列管人口。

警方根據線報埋伏，25日在花蓮市區順利逮到施嫌。施嫌表示，5年前父親辦喪事，懷疑葬儀社亂辦又多收錢，登門理論卻被陳姓負責人譏諷有「監獄臉」，因而懷恨在心才開槍犯案。

標題[心得] 天地合補玫瑰四物飲之我的痘痘會長大

上個月忘了收到哪一家網購的廣告信 看到天地合補玫瑰四物飲(膠原蛋白)在特價 剛好正值生理期，想說買來生理期過後 就可以來喝~於是買了兩組12瓶 生理期過後開始喝 依據標示上寫的，1天兩瓶 早上空腹喝，睡前喝 喝沒幾天，身體明顯的感到燥熱 臉上沉睡的痘痘一一甦醒， 如雨後春筍般紛紛冒了出來，分布在兩側臉頰不同的區塊 且彷彿被灌溉般愈發茁壯 自從換了某洗面霜後，膚況變得比較穩定 即便冒痘痘洗個幾天也就消下去，沒什麼長大的機會 很久沒看到這樣的慘況= = 推估應是有加膠原蛋白的關係(?) 因為莫名的不甘心 加上搜尋看到有人說，冒完痘痘後再消下去毛孔會變小 於是我就繼續喝 由於喝完會很燥熱，我就從1天兩瓶變成1天1瓶 比較沒那麼燥熱 臉上的痘痘也沒再長大的跡象 但就是消不下去 我有擦AD軟膏，但只是變得沒那麼大Q Q 然後12瓶喝完了，臉上留下了痘痘 我也無從得知到底痘痘消下去後毛孔會變小這個說法是真是假 因為現在痘痘也還沒完全消下去Orz||| 結論： 1.每個人體質不一樣，別人的經驗聽聽就算了 (我姊說她之前有喝但沒有像我這樣= =) 2.嘗試的時候，發現苗頭不對就應該適可而止， 不然就要有付出代價的覺悟 T口T -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.145.61

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本共同社報導，日本政界目前普遍認為，日本首相安倍晉三將在就任滿一周年的12月26日之前參拜靖國神社。因為安倍傾向每年參拜一次靖國，待12月6日臨時國會閉幕後，安倍比較沒有重振經濟的壓力，屆時可能就是他參拜靖國神社的最佳時機。

安倍去年12月就任首相後，曾因國際局勢決定不去參拜靖國神社。但他日前也向媒體吐露心思：「我對第一次執政時沒能參拜感到痛恨至極，這種心情至今未變。」自民黨總裁特別輔佐官萩生田光一稱：「我認為他（安倍）在一周年這個時間肯定會去參拜。」

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國一位29歲的黑人男性，到紐約著名連鎖百貨公司專櫃，買了一隻瑞士名表要送給母親，卻無端被指使用假信用卡，被警察戴上手銬帶回警局調查。

29歲的布朗(Robert Brown)在今年6月8日，前往紐約曼哈頓的梅西百貨(Macy's)，以信用卡買了一隻價值1300美元(約台幣3.9萬元)的瑞士摩凡陀(Movado)手錶，要當作禮物送給攻讀學位有成的母親，正要趕往母親的畢業典禮時，卻被一群便衣警察圍住，這群便衣說懷疑他使用的信用卡是「偽造或未經授權使用的」，布朗雖然立刻拿出隨身的身分證件、社會福利卡與護照，企圖證明自己就是持卡人本人，但這群便衣卻認定連這些證件都是假的，將他銬上帶回警局。

當然，布朗隨即遭到釋放，並在一名警察協助下，趕赴母親的大學畢業典禮。

這個名字或照片中人的長相有些熟悉嗎？布朗是全球最大電影有線頻道《HBO》的簽約演員，由他主演的電視影集《劫後餘生》(Treme)當時正在播映，布朗當場取出身分證明文件要證明自己清白時，警員不但指控他的文件都是偽造，還當面說他「買不起如此貴重的物品」。

由於本月初才傳出，有2名年輕的黑人女性，在另一家連鎖百貨巴尼(Barney's)也因為購買名牌包，無端遭到警方拘捕，布朗在經過仔細考慮後，決定延請律師，昨天(25日)正式對紐約警方與梅西百貨提出「種族歧視」的告訴，布朗的律師在訴狀中寫明：百貨公司和警方是根據布朗的年紀和種族而懷疑他，明顯對黑人青年有著偏見，他不希望再有其他黑人遇到類似的事情。

梅西百貨發言人不願多談案情，僅表示「這起事件已經進入法律程序」；而紐約市政府法律事務部官員則說，只要收到相關資料，就會立即展開調查。警方則指出，零售業人員只要懷疑正在進行中的交易可能是非法的，就可以立刻通知警方跟進，店員私下報警是標準做法。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】連戰長女連惠心代言菁茵荋生技「威力纖Plus」保健食品，被驗出含禁藥Cetilistat成分，綠委李應元昨拿出該公司DM，內有連惠心簽名，頭銜是「總裁暨品牌形象總監」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，綠委李應元、北市議員阮昭雄昨開記者會，秀出DM認為連惠心是實際負責人，並指菁茵荋的臉書多次出現連和員工合照，寫明「與最美麗的老闆合照」。檢調前天搜索約談，總經理曾心怡供出，菁茵荋是連出資1500萬元成立，昨更查明董事長等4名董監事持股竟為零，董事長根本是人頭，檢調擬將連惠心改列《藥事法》被告。連惠心昨仍神隱，僅透過律師方文萱強調「並未經營或管理菁茵荋，沒有從菁茵荋拿過薪水或報酬」，聲稱「正向國外廠商追查（為何有禁藥）。」

【胡治言/綜合報導】桃園地景藝術節昨開展，就吸引15萬人次到新屋鄉後湖塘賞黃色小鴨。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，為期16天的桃園新屋地景藝術節昨開展，上午9時民眾就湧進觀景步道看小鴨，因有總量管制，入口處排隊人龍長達百公尺，長長人龍繞著塘邊邊走邊拍照，或借位跟小鴨玩親親，或捧小鴨在手上。而《蘋果》空拍在22公頃後湖塘優游的黃色小鴨，別有一番情趣。

主辦單位統計，小鴨區人潮突破15萬人次、展出草間彌生《生命的足跡》作品的點點區有3萬人次，展出崔正化《會呼吸的花》的蓮花區則有4萬人次，三大展區人數超過20萬人次。

【胡治言/綜合報導】台北市立動物園為大貓熊寶寶命名活動昨結果出爐，圓仔還是叫「圓仔」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台北巿立動物園昨在99周年園慶活動上宣布圓仔命名投票結果，在7萬5千多張票中，「圓仔」獨拿4萬5千多票，橫掃逾6成票數，高居第1，依票數昨確定圓仔為正式名字。郝龍斌昨也頒發榮譽巿民證給圓仔。動物園指，正規劃在圓仔的欄舍內安裝24小時視訊直播系統，最快月底上線，讓民眾可隨時上網觀看，並預定明年1月6日讓圓仔和媽媽「圓圓」一起亮相。
