【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】跨國媒體新聞集團(News Corp.)2011年爆出竊聽醜聞，驚動全球，經過近3年蒐證，案件將於28日在英國倫敦中央刑事法庭開審，8名被告將出庭應訊，包括新聞集團主席梅鐸的愛將布魯克斯(Rebekah Brooks)，以及首相卡梅倫的前首席新聞官庫爾森(Andy Coulson)等。英媒形容案件為「世紀官司」，預計審訊4個月，期間還可能會揭出更多爆炸性內幕。

就有媒體取得新聞集團英國報章部門前主管莫克里奇一段開會時的秘密錄音，她當時估計集團最終會因竊聽醜聞付出高達16.2億美元代價，遠高於集團公布的4.48億美元。 　

醜聞主角之一、集團旗下「新聞國際」前總裁布魯克斯被控以多項罪名，包括密謀非法截取手機留言、賄賂公職人員提供資料和妨礙司法公正等。她否認控罪，聲稱沒授權下屬進行竊聽，對事件亦不知情。庫爾森則是被控非法截取留言和向公職人員行賄換資料等3項罪名。案中所有被告全部否認控罪。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】福建廈門民警日前凌晨在二環象山隧道設路障，示意一名司機停車接受酒精測試，但司機卻支吾其詞怎樣也不肯下車，在民警多番催促下，司機才告訴民警自己全身上下只穿一條小內褲。

民警找來一件大外套給他披上，司機通過酒精測試，他無奈地說：「平常工作壓力很大，剛剛也只是自己排解壓力的一種方式，開車出來轉轉。」他的行徑令民警頓時哭笑不得。

【黃揚明／台北報導】食安事件可能再爆發？民進黨立委林淑芬今開記者會爆，台灣有9成以上黃豆倚賴進口，每年進口240萬噸，其中進口基因改造黃豆比例高達9成，但基改黃豆容易殘留有害人體健康的農藥嘉磷賽，台灣雖訂定10ppm的容許值，宣稱比歐盟的20ppm還嚴格，但是基改黃豆僅以「多重殘留分析方法」檢驗，可分析出251種農藥含量，但不包括嘉磷賽，政府從未曾檢驗過嘉磷賽含量，可能嚴重影響民眾健康。

台大農藝系教授郭華仁表示，去年國外以小老鼠進行實驗，在其飲水中滴了幾滴嘉磷賽，一年後老鼠身上各種腫瘤都跑出來，嘉磷賽會讓人體的好菌減少、壞菌增加，也會導致肝臟解毒功能降低，引發慢性病。他說，美國近3年因農場雜草大增，嘉磷賽用量暴增53%，因此美國今年把原本容許值20ppm提高到40ppm，「台灣政府難道都不去追蹤、把關嗎？」

郭華仁說，德國一個研究單位上周公布的研究報告指出，阿根廷生產的16種基改黃豆，只有1個嘉磷賽含量低於10ppm，台灣從中南美洲進口基改黃豆比例達進口總量4成，因此政府應儘速做廣泛抽查檢驗，如果確定進口基改黃豆超標，應該停止進口，如果要跟著美國放寬容許值標準，因美國的黃豆人並不會直接食用，但台灣人常吃豆漿、豆干、豆腐等黃豆製品，至少應規範食品級黃豆一定要用非基改黃豆。

林淑芬痛批，政府訂出標準卻從不查驗，令人匪夷所思，政府故意不作為，難道是為了圖利進口商、財團，「不是貽笑大方嗎？」且台灣素食者大量吃黃豆製品，若不規範食品級黃豆必須改為非基改黃豆，叫素食者情何以堪？

這幾個月來想買檔車想到瘋掉...

正在想要不要賣掉我騎很久的山葉RS100, 去買檔車比較快.

車主在別的縣市等我去看車, 照片也看過, 狀況還不錯的樣子.

一開始的原因是因為看了電影kick ass 2 裡面的ducati 覺得很帥.
二來是覺得我真的想要有部可以騎遠一點的機車. 中長途去景點遊山玩水. (每次看01的機車遊記都心癢癢的)

好吧, 先說說本人的狀況, 結婚了, 小孩快滿一歲, 家用有許多開銷, 所以在不賣原本的速克達的狀況要買檔車會有點兒困難, 我有四輪, 但我老婆不會開車, 也不會騎車, 本來我想說我的RS留給她騎, 但她表明小時候騎腳踏車在路中間被兩台公車轉一圈, 所以非常有陰影, 應該最多只會去學開車.

題外話, 我真的累到不行, 中午下午才上班, 常常八點就被挖起來送她去車站, 送小孩去給岳母, 晚上我老婆餵完小孩喝奶兩個人直接攤在床上我根本不能早睡, 非得要等我老婆睡爽了, 大約半夜兩三點去洗澡, 這時小孩也被送到嬰兒床了我才能睡, 然後過一下我一早又被挖起來, 週一至週五無限循環... 常常早上我很容易發脾氣唸她為什麼不會使用交通工具!

ok看來我的速克達, 老婆也沒有想騎的意思. 賣了去跟那位車主買檔車是最快了, 至少狀況好價格又合理, 缺點就是可遇不可求, 之前已經錯過一台雲豹了! 二手車行的話就是貴! 有的還會偷料.

假如果買了檔車, 本來就有附好看的側袋, 我也一定會加裝漢堡, 置物空間跟下雨時要穿兩件雨衣等問題我也都可以克服. 真的下很大雨我可以開車, 或是去什麼大賣場購物開車是最好的了.

或許有人會問我為何不持有三台車? 就是速克達別賣.
說實話我也很想, 但開銷給老婆管, 她叫我不要再增加家裡的負擔去跟什麼銀行貸款.

我今天.... 真的要貸的話... 也只是兩萬!!! 兩萬!!! 去買一台有年份但狀況不錯的車.
不是二十萬, 也不是兩百萬!
不想去貸太多, 因為這個價錢就夠了!(已經包含裝漢堡的錢了)

我這兩天會去跟聯x銀行問問看, 但是我怕銀行會不會覺得我在跟他開玩笑...
本人的工作比較不大一樣, 我在補習班當跑堂老師, 只有一家是用匯款, 其他到發薪日是給現金.或家教.
所以帳目上的數字會比較不好看一點. 而且我沒有信用卡, 可以的話希望能貸的下來囉. 或是那個叫做預借現金...

有無車友曾經有類似經驗呢? 我也看過有的人是連機車都沒牽, 一部轎車走透透.
說實在的依我的個性不是什麼還是速克達方便呢, 然後就後悔, 而是捨不捨得與念舊的問題...
