【國際中心／綜合外電報導】日本自衛隊1日舉行為期18天的海陸空「奪島」演習，外傳美國與日本已共同制訂有關釣魚台的防衛計畫，五角大廈官員出面否認。
 
根據新華社引述《日本經濟新聞》的報導，美國國防部長辦公室發言人普爾（Jeffrey Pool）少校1日在回答媒體書面提問時表示，外界揣測存在諸多與事實不符之處，是「不準確的」。普爾表示，美國在釣魚島問題上的立場是「一貫的，沒有改變」。美鼓勵中日兩國通過和平方式解決爭端，避免採取導致局勢緊張的行動，同時防止出現可能破壞地區和平、安全與經濟增長的誤判。

因為預告著有廣末法官的參與，期待本集能延續第三集的好表現， 看兩者能擦出怎麼樣的火花，或是激發出怎麼樣古美門式新見解， 不過似乎是雷聲大雨點小，劇情部份反而相當的平淡。 就古美門律師而論，個人覺得他並非是在追求形式上的勝訴判決， 而是力求實質上金錢賠償的實踐，所以採取和解策略再正常不過， 　　正符合他想當的是"不敗"的律師，而非"全勝"的律師。 本次案件延續著過往的不敗，但古美門的神情卻有著複雜的情緒， 本劇的主人翁應該是古美門，但為什麼羽生也能具有主角威能呢？ 這"碰巧"以"高於市價"收購兩家房子的大型房地產董事，是誰呢。 回到本案法官參與的調解程序前，羽生到底施展了什麼樣的魔法： 一。拿著古美門拍到的外遇照片，協助美津女士與老公離婚協議， 　　要求老公負擔二千萬贍養費，老公拿不出錢，就把房子賣了， 　　因此美津女士能夠擁有二千萬。自然回答負擔的起這賠償。 二。跟經濟困難且有房貸壓力的冬海一家，告知有人要高價收購， 　　讓冬海一家可以來解決生活困頓，以此作為同意搬走的條件， 　　並且套好招，在調解程序時，能放軟態度。拿人手軟囉。 三。雙方當事人都確定有利可圖時，再找小孩來演出這感人橋段， 　　讓法官感受到這雙方幸福的氛圍，這世間是充滿愛與和平阿。 　　 最後，本案故事的結局，就在雙方當事人和樂融融的烤肉下結束， 這種"不務正業"的律師，讓人產生相當大違和感，不該在此出現， 過去日劇那為人詬病的橋段，秉持自我信念希望大家幸福的主角。 除了掛名律師外，有著各種附屬功能，名偵探。夥伴。幸運小子， 只要跟本案當事人有關的未來，都"管定了"，還有兼具人生導師， 帶領當事人朝更美好的未來前進。這是"開朗羽生成功記"吧！ 所以羽生這次除了"碰巧"有人收購的主角威能外，難以說他成功， 在沒有像古美門說出那令人讚賞的論點，羽生雙贏只是流於俗套， 猜：音樂家是一開始的黑人，他是沙烏地阿拉伯富商的小孩 XD。 另外羽生能答應古美門的和解條件，說穿了也不是靠笑容來改變， 少了這金錢後盾，根本難以實踐，我想大家是因為有利可圖而笑。 羽生的雙贏，如不能推出更強力的理論，這戲份還是少點好囉。 希望能夠增加更多的不同類型的律師加入，讓上季一樣最後合體， 一起來打敗大魔王古美門，或是專屬"服部大叔"過去的訴訟案件， 這都比"羽生的成長"來的吸引人阿！ 個人覺得羽生不適合做律師，應該是去當"法師"，每天勸人向善， 幫大家念經注入善念，要每個人都種善因，得善果，普渡眾生。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.225.87.196

標題[問題] 手機辦公的可行性

因為有比較特殊的因素，必須攜帶輕薄設備， 到客戶端之後，直接外接客戶所提供的USB滑鼠鍵盤， 我的需求算是特別了一點，甚至連iPad mini都算大了， 所以我目前想到的方式是： Android智慧型手機 ＋ micro USB 轉 USB的轉卡 ＋ 至少2埠的迷你USB HUB （一個接滑鼠、一個接鍵盤） 請問一下各位的意見，這樣子要充當一個臨時的、克難的辦公用電腦， 會不會不可行？ 或是可以改善哪一個部分就可行了呢？ 多謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.166.77
