福懋油（1225）今日下午5點將赴證交所3樓記者室召開重大訊息記者會，說明該公司因生產銷售的油品有標示不實等情形。

目前福懋油已對外承認了6件橄欖油產品有混油，並已列為不合格油品。針對此，台中市衛生局要求福懋油下架，開罰新台幣1,500萬元。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名黃姓男子（36歲）到KTV幫友人慶生，昨晨酒駕開車返家，半途停等紅燈時，因不勝酒力，竟在駕駛座睡著。黃男睡了1個多小時，直到上午8時，才有好心民眾報警處理。
 
警方費了一番功夫才將黃男叫醒，黃男剛被喚醒時，還誤將承辦警員當成KTV服務人員，不自覺地掏出1000元準備打賞，讓警方啼笑皆非。黃男酒測值為0.66mg/l，應訊過程幾乎都在睡覺，全案訊後依公共危險罪嫌送辦。

律師顧立雄今天說，民進黨不是亂邦，也不是危邦，如果大家都不想投入，只會說它是危邦的話，民進黨就不會變得更健全。

台大醫師柯文哲上午出席李登輝基金會研討會指出，他一直很猶豫加入民進黨，「兩個太陽是一個很大的問題」，現在提名跟明年輔選的，很可能是不同人，危邦不入、亂邦不居，「這對我來講就是很大的困擾」。

同樣積極爭取參選台北市長的顧立雄，下午也出席研討會。顧立雄提到，前財政部長林全曾跟他提到「知識分子要有勇氣，大部分知識分子缺乏往懸崖跳水的勇氣」，林全對他參選，非常敬佩。

顧立雄說，他深受林全的鼓舞，也覺得知識分子確實要有勇氣，「民進黨不是一個亂邦，也不是一個危邦」；政黨政治時代當然要選擇一個政黨，以集體力量達到自己的理念理想，這是應有的觀念和作為。

他說，若柯文哲獨立參選，民進黨也推出人選，力量就分散，將招致選民指責；大家應體認集體力量遠大於個人力量，「沒有辦法依照任何一個個人的光環，可以達成任何一個選舉的勝利」。

前民進黨主席蔡英文和民進黨主席蘇貞昌之間的競爭關係，被外界形容為「兩個太陽」；對柯文哲所指「兩個太陽」，顧立雄說「民進黨兩個太陽是大人的事，我現在還小，不太容易表示看法」。

顧立雄也說，明年5月之後，不管誰接任黨主席，都要根據黨提名的人選來輔選，這是黨的連續性。

另外，他也說，前副總統呂秀蓮大家朗朗上口叫她「呂副總統」，一般來講，不習慣改叫她「呂市長」。媒體追問是否要呂秀蓮別參選？顧立雄笑說，他只是反映一般人的看法。

檢調今晨會同衛生單位漏夜稽查福懋油廠生產的六款橄欖油，發現標榜來自西班牙或義大利的橄欖油，其實有摻雜芥花油，其中兩款橄欖油還是來自大統長基，台中市衛生局重罰業者1500萬元，六款產品今天全面下架。

2款混充大統油

台中市衛生局指出，福懋旗下生產的六個品項橄欖油都是調和油，名稱分別為福懋漢氏橄欖油、聖麥克橄欖油、芙倫斯橄欖油、聖麥克特級橄欖油、益康橄欖油、福懋原味橄欖油，但外包裝都寫是橄欖油，未明確標示是調和油，主要銷售通路是全聯福利中心，今天將全面下架。

檢驗資料顯示，福懋漢氏橄欖油添加50%的大統長基的橄欖油，及50%芥花油，福懋原味橄欖油添加40%大統長基的橄欖油、西班牙橄欖油40%、20%的芥花油。

稽查3次 不認摻偽

衛生局長黃美娜表示，福懋油廠被稽查了3次，業者都稱沒問題，直到衛服部檢驗報告出爐，發現內容物脂肪酸有問題，業者還是不承認有摻偽。

昨天深夜衛生局人員再次上門詢問，業者仍不願吐實，直到檢察官與警方人員到場，這才願意交出配方表、進出口資料，業者這才承認有摻偽，衛生局人員現場封存16027瓶成品，及來自大統長基的橄欖油、葡萄籽油總計約1萬6896公斤。

2年售出8000萬元

台中檢調昨晚傳訊福懋油廠處長林中立等四人，查出廠方在橄欖油內混入芥花油，比率從20%至50%，兩年內售出六項橄欖油的金額達8000萬元，正查證從中牟利多少。

檢察官今天凌晨訊後，以涉嫌違反食品衛生管理法、詐欺等罪，裁定福懋油廠處長林中立以50萬元交保，將杜姓廠長、陳姓生產課長、丁姓副理等三人請回。

檢調經漏夜偵訊，林中立供稱在橄欖油加入芥花油，是他決定的，因此檢方將他予以交保，其餘人請回。

切結又混油 依詐欺送辦

又一家油品大廠摻假。衛福部食藥署表示，稽查油品工廠抽驗76件疑似摻偽油品中，福懋六件油品被列為脂肪酸組成不完全符合，但遲遲未提出相關文件，在檢調介入後，坦承六件橄欖油是大統橄欖油與西班牙橄欖油的調和油，衛生局開罰1500萬元，至於福懋先前曾切結，將由檢調調查。

衛福部食藥署區管中心主任馮潤蘭表示，台中市衛生局要求福懋提供相關文件證明等，福懋一直未提出，下最後通牒，若不提供將請檢調介入，最後在昨天下午檢調前往調查逼問之下，福懋坦承六件橄欖油，其實是大統橄欖油與西班牙橄欖油等的調和油。

此六件為聖麥克橄欖油500ml、聖麥克橄欖油1加侖、芙倫斯橄欖油、益康橄欖油、福懋漢氏橄欖油1000ml及天然橄欖油（福懋漢氏原味橄欖油）。

衛生局對福懋混合劣質油，開罰1500萬元，至於混油狀況，仍待檢調及地方衛生單位釐清。因為福懋10月31日簽下切結書，卻又混油，依詐欺移送。馮潤蘭說，業者陳述自己在切結後，就沒有混油，但她無法接受此說法，仍請檢調針對此部分調查。

食藥署日前公布76件脂肪酸組成不完全符合油品，最新進度剩14件正在續查中，包括七件檢驗中，包括泰山的一件比對中，還有一件需提證明為家樂福的初榨橄欖油，業者正向國外要資料。
