【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名黃姓男子（36歲）到KTV幫友人慶生，昨晨酒駕開車返家，半途停等紅燈時，因不勝酒力，竟在駕駛座睡著。黃男睡了1個多小時，直到上午8時，才有好心民眾報警處理。
 
警方費了一番功夫才將黃男叫醒，黃男剛被喚醒時，還誤將承辦警員當成KTV服務人員，不自覺地掏出1000元準備打賞，讓警方啼笑皆非。黃男酒測值為0.66mg/l，應訊過程幾乎都在睡覺，全案訊後依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
