經濟部今宣布，行政院已核定能源局原局長王運銘於本月1日退休，由經濟部技術處處長林全能陞任局長。
 
經濟部指，新任局長林全能現年49歲，台灣工業技術學院工業管理科學系畢，歷任經濟部工業局技正、科長、專委及技術處副處長等職，2012年6月起擔任經濟部技術處處長，負責科專計畫之規劃與推動，對提升我國產業技術貢獻卓著。（許麗珍／台北報導）

年前工地趕工多，高雄市勞工局今上午特別前往中正高工「機械、汽車、製圖科專科實習大樓」新建工程工地進行春安檢查，當場發現多達14項缺失，其中車道外側施工鷹架沒有和穩定構造物連接固定，有倒塌危險，工地現場也有多處開口未設置安全護欄，都被認定有重大危險之虞，當場要求立即停工，此外另有電線未架高、模板鐵釘未拔除等多項缺失，遭罰6萬元。

勞工局勞檢處長周登春表示，有鑑日前台北市有工地鷹架倒塌意外，加上最近工地趕工多，特別緊盯工地鷹架安全，針對現場缺失要求工地立即改善。對多項缺失，負責施工的高國營造品管主任吳進賢解釋，車道鷹架搭建中，還未完成也未有工人開始施工，其他缺失會妥善改進，做好勞工安全。（周昭平／高雄報導）

周杰倫（周董）今在台北舉行婚禮，婚禮風格走遊樂園風，主舞台也有兩匹旋轉木馬，足見周董的童心。

婚宴地點選在W Hotel 10樓戶外泳池舉辦，入口處設計宛如售票口，上頭寫著周杰倫和昆凌的英文名，詳細對著賓客名單，桌上擺著昆凌獨照。

沿路都有旋轉木馬擺飾，甚至還有許多未曝光的婚紗照，再走到主會場，泳池兩旁共有13桌，池水上擺著蠟燭，相當浪漫。

35歲韓國女星蔡琳去年10月梅開二度，嫁給小她2歲的中國男星高梓淇，婚後夫妻倆常在社群網站曬恩愛，最近蔡琳被直擊身型圓潤，出現在婦產科，疑似做人成功。
 
據《新浪娛樂》報導，蔡琳今與夫婿一同前往醫院，兩人下車後十指緊扣甜蜜進入診所，該診所以婦產科聞名，蔡琳抵達後，隨即直奔婦產科，在櫃檯前領取一份檢查報告後，兩人靜靜地坐在一旁仔細看報告，隨後露出開心的笑容，似乎對於報告的結果相當滿意。
 
看診後，夫妻倆攜手步出醫院，雖然蔡琳戴著黑色大荷葉邊帽，但仍遮不住圓潤的臉龐，加上兩人歡喜看婦產科，遭質疑是否傳出懷孕喜訊。（洪彩婷／綜合報導）

美國新墨西哥州一名男子，上個月購買了一張「刮刮樂」彩券，一刮開發現自己中了大獎：50萬美元(約台幣1550萬元)，當他興沖沖要去領獎時，彩券商卻告訴他：「這張彩券印錯了」，拒絕付錢給他。

原來這種刮刮樂彩券的最高彩金只有25萬美元(約台幣775萬元)，根本就不該出現50萬美元的獎項，彩券商表示這是印刷錯誤，一毛錢彩金都不會給他。失望透頂的男子決定告上法院，要替自己討個公道。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）

國際調查記者聯盟（ICIJ）周一披露匯豐（HSBC）瑞士分行助富豪客戶隱藏千億美元（約3.15兆元台幣）存款，涉及協助客戶逃稅。ICIJ所取得的逾10萬客戶資料中，有73人與台灣有關，其帳戶金額高達8860萬美金（約28億台幣）。

這份檔案涵蓋203個國家，不少帳戶使用者擁有多重國籍。ICIJ依照與國家有關帳戶整理出涉及金額排行，台灣在203國中排行第107名。資料同時顯示，與台灣有關的70帳戶開立時間介於1979年至2006年，與台灣有關的客戶人數為73人，其中8%擁有台灣護照。

ICIJ在網站上特別說明，檔案中包含合法帳戶及信託使用，不會特別指出個人或公司涉及不法行為。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）
