菸癮無黨界！國民黨菲律賓黨代表江貴珠下午代表黨內癮君子出來買菸，江走到拒馬隔離的內側，拉開嗓音對在超商外的抗議民眾喊：「幫我買六包菸！我錢丟給你！」，被拒馬隔開的外側民眾利落接過空拋現金，再將菸丟回拒馬內。

江貴珠這樣「大膽」的舉動，旁人看得捏把冷汗，江則笑說，在國外見識許多抗爭活動，大家只是展現民主，台灣民眾也是，當然尊重他們。

過去幾次國民黨全代會，意義上多半只是黨內的「大拜拜」。不過此次19全，就緊跟在馬王的「九月政爭」後，再加上馬總統民調直直落，到處被嗆聲，國民黨的「大拜拜」，外有社運團體抗議，內有不同政治勢力者蠢蠢欲動，充滿詭譎氣氛。

兼任國民黨主席的馬總統，對此情勢當然不會無感。致詞裡早已沒有當年從民進黨手中奪回政權時的意氣風發、豪氣干雲，一再訴諸團結，成了談話的主旋律，甚至用「懇求」、「慚愧」等詞語，低姿態的請黨代表支持政府、支持黨中央的提案。

不過隱藏在馬英九低姿態，和馬王同時進場「大和解」底下的，則是黨部對全代會「面面俱到」的部署。這一次全代會，可說是近年來國民黨最積極動員黨代表參加的一次；而先前傳出的「擁王」、「擁馬」臨時提案，黨中央也是全力滅火，希望化解危機於無形。

只是從馬英九到黨中央的努力，並不能完全讓場內外解除危機。參與的黨代表、中央委員們，對黨中央、對馬王有意見的還是不少。這些意見，就像是一個逐漸加溫的壓力鍋，稍一處理不慎，就可能爆炸。

吳伯雄的感性談話，可說發揮了「老將壓陣」的效果。他的談話雖然感性，但內容卻處處擊中國民黨目前危機的核心，一個是「不團結」，另一個則是「執政無感」。但就像是維護子孫的祖父，他最重要的重點，還是「國民黨要團結」。

在政治鬥爭的陰影下，吳伯雄等於為此次19全定調：「國民黨要對外展現團結，不能讓人看笑話」。這番話對著馬王講，當然也是對著眾多黨代表講。就算不能完全達到讓國民黨「團結」的目的，但配合馬王「和解」形象的賣力演出，就算還想口出惡言的黨代表，恐怕也說不出口了。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】是的，沒有看錯，加州準備強制成人電影演員們，在拍片時全程配戴「護目鏡」。

加州是美國的成人片產業大本營，早先因為政府「計畫」強制成人片演員拍片過程中「全程使用保險套」，引發喧然大波，甚至一度造成廠商出走、產值一落千丈，幸好九月時加州州政府正式否決了堤岸，枯木才再度逢春。

但現在這個被稱為「計畫完全剷除成人影業」的新計畫，要求成人片演員在「辦事」的過程中「全程佩戴護目眼鏡」，避免眼睛被精液噴灑到，感染愛滋病、衣原體或其他性病，提案始由加州工作安全保健局(OSHA)提出，成人片業者認為這等於將拍攝成人片「刑事化」，多家業者心灰意冷，已計畫完全轉移拍攝地點到鄰近的內華達州，甚至乾脆到歐洲拍攝。
