【林泊志／宜蘭報導】「2013年蘭陽月光啤酒節」在礁溪老爺大酒店登場，飯店業者找來知名的BCDC DJ團體，現場更準備無限取用啤酒，及無限取用的海陸大餐，讓參加的民眾喝個過癮、吃的痛快，大力熱歌勁舞，在微風徐徐的秋夜，有個不同的體驗。

今年該飯店的啤酒節是第五年舉行，今晚聚集約500位民眾齊聚狂歡。飯店總經理沈方正親自擔任bartender（酒保），親自替參加的民眾盛酒，與民眾一起狂歡。活動過程中，除有DJ不斷演出，讓參加民眾隨節奏搖擺，大啖美食，更舉辦啤酒大賽，讓喜歡喝啤酒的民眾一較高校。去年拿下第二名的男子張利翎，今年捲土重來，果然一路遙遙領先，拿下冠軍，抱走價值上萬元的飯店免費住宿卷一張。2013蘭陽月光啤酒節即日起至25日，每晚6時至9時，在礁溪老爺大酒店得天廣場舉行。

【晏明強／台北報導】副總統吳敦義女兒吳子安攜子出國旅遊，因小孩護照效期不足臨時在機場由外交部補辦護照，遭質疑享受特權並因此讓同機旅客空等延誤班機起飛，人目前在帛琉的吳子安得知媒體報導後，今天凌晨傳簡訊給吳敦義幕僚澄清。她表示，看了小孩護照過期在機場處理的新聞，她相信是華航地勤人員爆的料，但媒體報導除外交部說法外，「諸多內容是編造的」。

吳子安強調，她們一家在中午1時15分前11分鐘就到機艙了（並未延誤班機起飛），且她也不可能去逛免稅店，因為她都在（華航）櫃台等消息。吳還說，因為帛琉的電話及網路不佳，不方便打電話給爸媽（吳敦義、蔡令怡），希望幕僚代為轉達，「不好意思（讓）他們受到打擾了」。

【綜合報導】已經獲得俄羅斯一年政治庇護的美國中情局「叛諜」史諾登(Edward Snowden)，今天(26日)遭到俄羅斯當地報紙《The Kommersant》引述他身邊相關人士說法，原來6月底史諾登仍滯留香港期間，一度是藏身在俄羅斯駐香港總領事館內，還在領事館內慶祝30歲生日。

當時史諾登的身分極其敏感，並未取得任何國家的政治庇護，消息也指出，當時俄羅斯官方可能就已經邀請史諾登避走俄國。
