| Formosa杯棒球賽 28日台南開打

2013年Formosa杯國際大學四強棒球挑戰賽，11月28到30日在台南棒球場開打，中華棒協邀請美國、日本、南韓大學勁旅來台，6場比賽將由緯來體育台轉播。
棒協表示，美國派出NCAA傳統強校佩伯戴大學，日本由春季奪下「全日本大學野球選手權大會」優勝的上武大學參賽，南韓東國大學則是今年3項大學棒球賽冠軍。
我國由梅花旗錦標賽冠軍文化大學代表參賽，張凱軍、張閔勛都入選今年中華培訓隊，王牌投手楊志龍、主力打者王柏融更是天津東亞運國手。

小弟是國立科大碩士畢業 在U廠做設備半年 最近得到兩家公司的offer 想請版上的大大給點意見 1 2 3 公司 迪恩仕科技(DNS日商) 辛耘企業 東京威力TEL 地點 台南 台南 台南 職稱 SOKUDO Hardware 工程師 半導體機台之客服工程師 裝機支援人員(助工) 工時 0900~1800(需輪班) 0900~1800(長日班) 0900~1800(需輪班) 薪資 N*12(約聘) (N+2)*12 (N-3or4)*12 福利 轉正職才有獎金 ?? 約聘缺應該都沒有 住所 住家 住家 住家 個人想法: DNS急需要人到台積裝機，英文自認不好，但主管覺得還可以，會害怕到時候英文不夠 好沒辦法跟日本人做溝通。一年內有可能轉正職但還是要看表現跟有沒有正職缺。想說 它是好在是外商，可能做幾年後對以後轉職會有幫助?! 辛耘一開始主要顧一個產品即可，其他不同類型機台只要想學都可以學，感覺可以學 到較多不同產品的機台，工作上很自由只要好好服務客戶即可，但學這麼多產品不知道對 以後轉職是否有幫助?!但整年年薪一定比DNS少因為不用輪班! 東京威力感覺就是一年完就沒工作了，但這樣一年的經歷對之後有用嗎?薪水的部分因為 他們就是設定要找大學生然後當助工所以薪資開不高! 個人較傾向辛耘，因為下班後可以有時間充實英文，等工作幾年後再跳到較好的設備商， 但感覺辛耘的福利制度好像沒有很健全，請問大大有誰較清楚福利制度的，不方便可私訊 請各位在半導體的前輩們給予意見，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.9.89
