【葉國吏／綜合報導】汽油今起每公升漲0.4元，為近三個月來最大漲幅，民眾大喊吃不消。不過你知道嗎？每次加油的時候，其實都被「A」了。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，有民眾投訴，在上周95無鉛汽油每公升35元，3公升是105元，但是他到中油要求加105元，拿到發票卻發現只有2.99公升，要求工讀生補足0.01公升的時候，還被回嗆「「加油機就是這樣設定」。民眾表示「一個人少0.01公升，100人就少1公升，每天不少人加油被A，中油真是偷很大。」

對此中油副總陳明輝表示，數年前已要求全台625座直營站，每早應校對油槍且「只能給多，不能給少」，以避免爭議，會再次要求直營站校對誤差值。

【胡治言／綜合報導】台灣約有1千7百萬人使用LINE，平均每10個人中就有7.3人使用，依人口比率估算，密度是全球第1。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台灣人瘋LINE程度是全球之最，LINE業者坦言，台灣人最愛貼圖，官方粉絲團不論貼什麼文，網友都要求免費貼圖。LINE用戶說：「聊天時傳貼圖更有趣，買貼圖還要比快，先買到就先傳一張給友人『示威』。」

通訊軟體LINE在全球已有逾3億用戶，其中以日本用戶4千9百萬人最多、其次為泰國、台灣、西班牙和印尼，台灣使用者約1千7百萬人。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，大考中心為了改善這種狀況，打算從104學年度起，只要推選入選的準大學生，必須繳交高三成績單給大學，如果成績表現不符標準，必須補修學分或參加特定測驗。

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】美國1日發生紐約通勤列車出軌翻覆意外，造成4名乘客罹難，67人受傷，5節車廂出軌，這條哈德遜鐵路歷史已超過150年，今年七月也曾於同路段發生出軌意外。
 
發生事故的列車由紐約大都會運輸局（Metropolitan Transportation Authority，MTA）營運，而事發的鐵路線（哈德遜線，Hudson Line）也由MTA負責維護工作，這條哈德遜鐵路線沿哈德遜河修築，歷史十分悠久，於1851年就已修建，每年運送上千萬名乘客，1日正值美國感恩節後的星期天，營運任務更為繁重。
 
哈德遜鐵路線百餘年來經過多次大規模整修，最近一次出軌事故發生在今年七月，且地點相同。但根據國家運輸安全署（National Transportation Safety Board）官員威納（Earl Weener）1日在與紐約州長一起進行的聯合記者會中表示，「目前並沒有任何證據顯示這兩起事件有任何關連，但調查小組會進行釐清」。
