【黃于珊／綜合報導】吳亞馨走過李宗瑞淫照風波後力圖振作，去年復出賺錢為家人貸款在內湖買下4680萬元豪宅，還砸百萬元為媽媽開「蘭Shabu shabu」火鍋店。店開幕1個多月來，她一有空就到店裡幫忙衝業績，蠟燭兩頭燒的她今凌晨卻病倒送急診。
 
她早上5點多在微博po躺在醫院病床上虛弱打點滴的照片說：「半夜急性蕁麻疹，全身紅塊，又有氣喘，好難過。還好維恩陪我來醫院吊點滴，謝謝寶貝許維恩。」網友紛紛回應要她照顧好身體，還提醒她「血液都倒流了啊，下次吊點滴的時候記得手放低哦」。

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署昨天公布實施「食品業者登錄辦法」，只要食品添加物的製造、輸入及販售的業者，無論單方或複方，都必須到食藥署網站登錄資料，希望有效管理食品來源。

食藥署簡任技正薛復琴指出，這些登錄資料，包括業者使用、販售哪些產品等資料，以這次油品事件的銅葉綠素來說，業者必須登錄這些料；民眾不能查閱這些資料，只供食藥署管理食品使用。

前年發生塑化劑事件後，食藥局（現食藥署）即從去年展開業者對食品添加物的自願性登錄，至今已有六百廿三家業者、共兩萬四千三百卅三個食品品項已登錄。

薛復琴說，這次公告的「食品業者登錄辦法」，將先要求食品添加物的製造、輸入業者；接著是販售業者，預計一年內完成登錄。未登錄業者，將依食管法罰三萬元到三百萬元。

食藥署今年十一月也公告「食品及其相關產品追溯追蹤系統管理辦法」，針對水產品、肉品或奶品等產品，要求業者必須提供來源和去向的紀錄備查。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】日本政府對擺脫推縮信心滿滿。據路透報導，有官員透露日本財務省考慮明年度（2014年4月起）加倍發行通膨連動債券至1.2兆日圓（117億美元）。
 
通膨連動債券行情主要隨消費物價波動，被投資人當作通膨避險工具，但日本由於深陷通貨緊縮，近年通膨連動債券乏人問津，2008年金融海嘯後日本政府甚至數度暫停發行。

【黃哲民、孫友廉、劉邠如／綜合報導】涉嫌奶粉加鹽殺嬰的鄒雅婷，上午再度與律師周武榮會面，周武榮結束會面後，轉述鄒雅婷的話，感謝家人對她寬宏大量，但律師也再度強調，鄒女目前身心承受極大壓力，希望鄒女可以尋求身心科與腸胃科醫師專業診斷，解決壓力過大的問題。

周武榮表示，鄒女過去就承受不小的工作與經濟壓力，家人也知道她常拉肚子，加上現在深陷囹圄，壓力更大，他今天特地幫鄒女送來健保卡，建議鄒女向所方報告，盡快就醫。

此外律師也表示，鄒女拜託她傳話，提醒患有肝病的丈夫按時服藥。律師並轉述鄒女感謝二弟、弟妹及弟妹家人對她的寬宏大量，也希望弟妹趕快把小孩生回來，未來她所有的餘力，會儘量用來照顧弟妹的小孩。

律師說，鄒女與弟媳確有所誤會，起因是因老鼠咬破衣物，卻造成妯娌間互相猜忌，鄒女更因此憂慮弟媳會對自己子女不利，「腦海裡常有自己想像的畫面」，才會鑄下大錯。但律師表示，暫不會為鄒女主張精神抗辯。

但律師強調，鄒雅婷在姪女「緗緗」喝的2罐奶粉中，各加2次海鹽或精鹽，每次各約一個掌心的份量，意圖只是想讓嬰兒拉肚子，想嚇嚇弟妹，並非真的意圖殺嬰。
