美國已經開始變乾冷了 皮膚也漸漸承受不了季節變換 出白屑又癢癢的 逼不得已只好提早把美白產品換成更保溼的 可是這樣代表我要等到明年三四月氣候慢慢回暖時才能把美白的保養品再次端出來用 之前有看到一篇研究報告說保養品開封候最好三個月之內用完 因為活性會隨時間降低 功效會越來越不明顯 過太久再用也祇是擦心安的 請問大家你們會把美白的混著保濕的用或就乾脆等明年再用呢？還是有其他辦法？ 先謝謝各位了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 128.187.97.25

中秋節將屆，為讓貧病徵屬能安心過節，台中市軍人服務站賴文鎮站長於秋節前夕，探視慰問6戶貧病徵屬，各致送慰問金3000元；役男、家屬對於軍人服務站賴站長的探視與關懷，備感窩心。
台中市南區潘姓役男的母親罹患腦下垂體腫瘤病症，曾昏倒住院開刀手術兩次；南屯區劉姓役男的母親罹患重度憂鬱症；西屯區楊姓役男於部隊晨間運動時，不慎踩到落葉滑倒，致尾椎滑脫住院開刀治療；新社區劉姓役男的父、母均已過世，與祖父、祖母同住，家庭經濟困窘；西屯區江姓役男死亡；太平區劉姓役男單親，劉母罹患癌症。
賴文鎮站長指出，他代表台中市軍人服務站表達中華民國軍人之友社夏德玉秘書長的關懷之意，並各致送慰問金3000元給6戶貧病征屬。賴站長表示，中秋節將屆，為讓貧病徵屬能安心過節，特於秋節前夕到府前往探視慰問貧病徵屬，除了叮嚀貧病徵屬們安心休養，讓子弟能安心於軍中服役外，並囑咐徵屬，若役男服役期間有任何疑難問題，可與該站聯繫，以便協助處理。

【張博亭／台北報導】北市聯合醫院中興院區一般精神科主治醫師詹佳真今指出，日前曾收治一位30歲資訊工程師，因常接到緊急狀況要臨時處理，工作壓力大，致情緒不穩定，容易憤怒、心跳加快等，之後出現失眠、早醒症狀，連續一周每天僅睡不到5小時，經確診為憂鬱症。詹佳真表示，平時可透過做有氧運動包括跑步、游泳等，讓心靈達到放鬆、紓壓。
董氏基金會今舉辦「負仇者聯盟 進擊負向情緒的哀愁」記者會，邀藝人陳庭妮代言，陳庭妮表示，她會去家裡附近的國小操場跑步，運動有助忘憂，且累積正面能量。

高雄市政府繼5年前全國首創推出「1999高雄萬事通」市民服務專線後，今（17）日在市府一樓廣場召開記者會，領先全國推出「1999高雄一指通」手機APP。
陳菊市長表示，開辦1999的初衷，就是為了服務民眾，建立一個方便民眾與政府溝通的管道。因此，在97年4月1日，高雄1999首創全國第一，將企業客服導入市政客服，整合了市府各局處的服務管道，提供了24小時、全年無休的專線服務。五年多來，1999的話務量成長了超過四倍，市民滿意度也高達百分之八十三，更在去年入圍了在廣州舉辦的「2012國際城市創新獎」。
現在，高雄市政府為了符應科技潮流，整合市府的資源與市民的需要，更進一步地推出1999高雄一指通APP，也將再次成為全國首創的、第一個話務中心服務數位行動化的先例。
記者會中，研考會許立明主委也介紹了1999高雄一指通APP的功能特色，包含可查詢捷運、公車、公共腳踏車的即時資訊；結合GPS定位與上傳照片的通報功能；里民防災卡的行動化；透過推播功能發佈市府重大消息；市府的服務地圖以及結合臉書功能的花媽相機等六大特色。
為了讓所有高雄民眾瞭解這項新服務，並廣而使用，市府也特地舉辦了抽獎活動，抽獎期間為102年9月17日至102年10月14日。即日起，只要搜尋「高雄一指通」即可下載APP，下載後並填寫基本資料，不僅有機會抽中iPad，更能善用高雄市政府推出的新服務，並使生活更加便利、更加幸福！
