【方翊倩／綜合報導】檢評會前天決議將檢察總長黃世銘移送監察院彈劾及建議撤職，特偵組立即發聲明痛批檢評會「客觀公正之立場完全淪喪」，並批判檢評委員彭文正洩密。
今日出版的《自由時報》報導，檢評會受理黃世銘等人評鑑案以來，彭文正負責對外發言，之前檢察官鄭深元曾對「檢評會的發言」表達不滿，傳法務部高層對彭的發言尺度也有微詞。彭文正未被列入第二屆檢評會委員遴選名單，在四位民間檢評委員中，彭文正是已確定未獲續聘連任的人。

【胡治言／綜合報導】據國安高層官員透露，在國安會主導下，兩岸情治單位曾在第3地秘密談判換俘，我方要求換回朱恭訓及徐昌國2名上校，但中方卻點名要求前陸軍少將羅賢哲，致使談判破局。
今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，據透露，換俘談判的地點在東南亞，對於中方點名釋放羅賢哲，國安單位一口回絕。國安人士坦言，「政府此刻若釋放羅賢哲，一定會引起軒然大波」。不過，政府仍循正式與非正式管道，積極搶救我方遭俘情報員。

【黃仲瑜／桃園報導】長榮航空又出包，原定昨晚8時許抵達桃園機場的長榮航空BR806D班機，卻在澳門不明原因故障無法起飛，導致飛機上300多名旅客因此延遲7小時回到台灣。
長榮航空BR806D班機昨天晚間原定回在昨天晚間8時許回到台灣桃園機場，沒想到300多名的旅客都已經上到飛機上，卻因為不明原因故障，導致旅客在飛機上空等，一度還被請下飛機到候機室等候，再度上飛機時還是無法起飛，因此到今天凌晨3點31分才飛抵桃園機場，延時了約7個小時，導致很多旅客下了飛機紛紛找長榮航空地勤人員抱怨並要求賠償。

因為這個皮套要是LG授權店（含中華神腦）第一手銷售才會送， 但現在外面賣的LG G2 16G或32G都是靠某些洗手機方案洗出來賣的， 有可能是之前洗的沒送（所以也沒法送你）， 另一最大可能是把皮套也拆開來賣。 所以他本來就不是第一手銷售， 是洗G2出來在便宜賣給你（一般通訊行、各大網購經銷通路）幾乎都是， 所以不會送你皮套。 ※ 引述《kostrike123 (堅持努力)》之銘言： : 看LG網站上有說12月底前買G2都有送 : 側翻皮套，但版上有版友說通訊行沒拿到 : 今天去地標問時店員也說沒有送 : 想請問一下皮套到底是買了就有送還是 : 要看各通路規定呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.224.78
