創新工場董事長李開復，在臉書粉絲專頁分享職場在職場中的存活術！他說，工作首要就是要保持激情，方法包括：第一、保持一顆好奇的心，多去嘗試新的東西，例如旁聽一些課、讀一些新領域的書等。第二、嘗試找到自己喜歡的工作，如果你不知道自己喜歡什麼，至少你知道自己不喜歡什麼。寫下你最不喜歡的工作，再以此設計一個相反的工作，這個可能就是你所嚮往的。

双鵬公司黑心鴨血殃及全台知名火鍋、餐飲通路商，新北市政府除重罰500萬元外，也針對其下游11家進貨業者協商退費機制，其中包括鼎泰豐、千葉火鍋、鍋大爺與八海等10家業者，願意接受消費者退費，另1家阿官火鍋則因總公司在台中，仍在協調當中。

消保官許宏仁表示，10家業者「即日起」接受退費與補償方式不盡相同，如錢都(板橋雙十店)、林家帝王薑母鴨持購買證明位費，不過僅限定鴨血品項；鼎泰豐退費項目也限定酸辣湯；而吃到飽鍋大爺則以鴨血非主要商品，願退發票金額5%，且限定今年發票；永豐餘生技除了退費外，再贈300元折價金。

消保官指出，如果消費者認為吃下黑心食品損害更大，業者賠償金額太少無法接受，可直接上行政院消保會線上申訴，將以個案進行處理。

民眾認為，業者賠償機制限制太多、太沒誠意，如吃薑母鴨根本就沒有發票或單據，事後怎麼索賠？還有業者居然只賠消費金額5%，根本只想敷衍了事，市府官員卻不替消費者爭取更高權益，質疑只是做半套。(曾佳俊／新北報導）

日前DJ Dennis 疑似在電台大樓與人發生停車爭執，不停靠近自己車道的車位，反倒跨越一格，停到其他車道車位的停法，引發外界批評。但丹尼斯日前公開露面時，對此僅稱「遺憾」而未道歉！

有網友將這段「丹尼斯車上行車紀錄器」影片備份並PO上YouTube，但影片未開放留言。影片播放後清楚可見，丹尼斯在進入停車場後，在第一排車道未左轉，而是進到第二個車道後左轉，當時鄰近自己車道左方，就有兩個停車位，再相隔一台車還有一格，共三個車位。但丹尼斯就是不停，硬是要「飛越」過靠近自己車道的車格，去和廖姓女駕駛搶廖女車道車位！

由於是丹尼斯車上的行車紀錄器，因此丹尼斯的聲音錄得更是清楚，只聽見丹尼斯發現對方也倒車想停同一車位時，丹尼斯先是用大燈閃了過方幾下，接著便大吼(影片01:20秒)「我正在停車喔」、「我想要停這格不行喔？」、「你要停可以，打個招呼，我就給你」、「如果你硬來我就不給你」！

而這時廖小姐也表達不想停了，但要利用車格倒車迴轉離開，但丹尼斯還繼續嗆「你就迴轉啊」、「轉啊」、「你要硬停我不會給你(車位)」、「你揮個手我就給你…原則問題，你要硬幹我就不給你」、「是你沒有禮貌，你倒了車想硬幹就是沒有禮貌」！

事件日前經《蘋果》報導後曝光，但丹尼斯在事件曝光當晚露面時，僅回應「可能那天比較急，火氣大比較大，講話比較大聲...我深表遺憾」、還說「大過年了，希望廖小姐這件事情我們就此打住，過年也希望妳和氣生財，身體健康，萬事如意。」(即時新聞中心／綜合報導)
