【羅雨函／綜合報導】26歲的韓國男星徐仁國日前上廣播節目《Cultwo show》，被問到是否有覺得哪位演藝圈的女星很漂亮，他不避嫌地稱讚曾與他傳過緋聞的女子夯團「少女時代」潤娥，他表示，其實平常在宣傳活動中，遇到很多漂亮的女星，尤其潤娥和女星孫恩書真的非常美麗。
 
不過徐仁國也提及，只能和潤娥當朋友，因為她太漂亮了，讓他感到有壓力，妙語如珠笑翻大眾。歌手出身的他演出韓劇《請回答1997》、《主君的太陽》等獲得好評，他也在節目中透露演戲的契機，表示在當歌手的時候沉積了許多壓力，這時靠著演戲，才讓他慢慢紓壓。

2013年邁入尾聲，寶島健兒寫下許多驚奇，在新年第一道曙光乍現以前，讓大家回顧台灣運動好手在今年締造的十大代表作。

台灣的拳擊運動在醞釀多時後，在今年的世界青年暨青少年女子拳擊錦標賽發光發熱，兩名選手陳念琴與林郁婷先後奪下金牌，讓台灣在世界拳壇的知名度大開。

台灣選手陳念琴在世界青少年女子拳擊錦標賽75公斤級賽事中，勇奪台灣在世錦賽的首面金牌。

陳念琴強勁的爆發力和出拳的速度，引起各國選手和教練的矚目，由於她練拳僅3年時間，讓不少外國教練直稱她是天才型的選手。

另名台灣選手林郁婷，約5年的拳擊生涯，在世界青年女子拳擊錦標賽51公斤級，奪得金牌，是台灣在本屆世錦賽的第2面金牌。

學拳5年來，林郁婷最大的優點就是拳重且速度快，而個性好強、不服輸的她，在裁判還沒喊停前，絕不會放棄任何出拳的機會，若在比賽中有表現不夠好的，她常很自責，除了加強訓練之外，也常整晚睡不著覺，許多細微的小地方，看得出她對拳擊的熱愛與專注。

回首金牌路，林郁婷當初發憤學拳擊，是為了保護媽媽遠離家暴，她誓言用自己的力量保護媽媽，也因此造就她光榮奪牌之路。

林郁婷決定練拳後，卻因身材瘦小，教練原本不想收她，但禁不起她的一再懇求，才勉強答應。

正式接受訓練後，林郁婷因為練習，手上常因為練習而有傷口，也常痛到必須貼著藥布，但她從不喊苦，就是這樣的堅持，將她推上了金牌之路。

享受完金牌的喜悅，兩人再次將目標放在明年的仁川亞運及2016年里約奧運，希望能挑戰金牌，為台灣再添榮耀。

台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率盤初盤整，上午10時新台幣匯價來到29.992元兌1美元，升值6.8分。

外匯交易員表示，台股盤初上揚約25點，台北外匯市場新台幣匯率今天以30.060元平盤開出，之後在30元附近整理。

【石秀華／高雄報導】高雄市小港地區建制30年來首次舉辦大規模的踩街活動，明天下午3時在漢民商圈熱鬧登場，這場封街踩街嘉年華由高市騎警隊、兩廣醒獅隊、中華藝校電音三太子領頭陣，並廣邀小港區學校、在地社團、社區發展協會及街頭藝人上千人踩街，盼能展現小港區多樣性的發展。

【趙大智／台北報導】方志友和蔡旻佑在TVBS《媽，親一下》浴室脫塑身衣的畫面當初被剪，觀眾抗議不斷，如今官方臉書粉絲團破1萬5000人次，電視台心甘情願交出隱藏版，張貼在粉絲團上。
 
雖然沒有想像中的「裸露」畫面，但仍引起不少網友叫好。蔡旻佑邊尷尬邊吞口水的糗呆模樣，外加方志友的嬌喘聲，十分有戲。有人感謝劇組「有求必應」，也有人裝生氣說「哪個沒天良的人決定要剪掉的」？

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央銀行昨第4季理監事會議，是美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）宣布縮減量化寬鬆（Quantitative Easing，QE）後，首度會議，如外界預期，央行連10季維持1.875%利率不變，但總裁彭淮南憂心說，「台灣、中國產業鏈有問題。」

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，彭淮南說，「10月出口減少3.9億元，其中對中國面板出口減少4.5億美元，顯示台灣、中國產業鏈有問題。」他表示，產業轉型超乎自己職責範圍，「但我還是要答覆這個問題」，兩岸產業關係已從互相合作轉為互相競爭，台灣須妥擬相關對策，對經濟發展才是佳音。他略帶哀怨地說，「我在立法院答詢時就指出這問題，但好像沒人注意。」
