【地產中心╱綜合報導】建商為吸引買氣，新北市淡水區的預售案「海洋都心2」推出鋼彈展、動漫公仔等，還規劃5大互動區，大小朋友都喜歡，活動至本月9日。

「海洋都心2」找來日本知名玩具商BANDAI動漫公仔，內容包括鋼普拉、航海王展示、模型組裝教學、假面騎士戰隊秀等。現場專案經理林明輝表示，由於鋼彈迷年齡層較高，大朋友小朋友都喜歡，預計將吸引更多看屋人潮，盼拉抬買氣。

淡海新市鎮有「宏盛新世界2」、「海洋都心2」、等大案，基隆市具備土地和低房價優勢，今年已有興富發、遠雄等知名建商搶進，多規劃首購型造鎮案。桃園縣楊梅市過去屬較封閉的市場，但五股楊梅高架道路階段通車後，強化台北買方的購屋意願，知名造鎮案包括「X計劃-明日城」、「微笑山丘」等。新竹縣竹北市和新竹市的推案量最大，部分以別墅造鎮方式推案，以鄰交流道、景觀優勢，奠定買方基本盤。

氣溫越晚越冷！中央氣象局表示，今（4）天受到強烈大陸冷氣團南下影響，白天高溫大約比昨天下降4到5度，尤其入夜之後到後天清晨，嘉義以北到宜蘭地區低溫大約只有11、12度，沿海及空曠地區還有金門、馬祖更有機會出現10度左右的低溫，但偏乾冷好天氣；氣象局已經發佈低溫特報，提醒民眾注意保暖。

氣象局預估，今天北部地區及宜花大約18到20度，其他地區則在22到24度之間，各地氣溫將逐漸下降，呈現越晚越冷的趨勢。

不僅如此，南部及花東地區今晚低溫也只剩14、15度，夜間到清晨也會比較偏冷。氣象局提醒民眾注意保暖，使用瓦斯熱水器具應注意室內通風，以免一氧化碳中毒。

這波強烈大陸冷氣團屬於乾冷型，因此，周休假期除了東半部地區會有些零星的短暫雨外，各地大多為晴到多雲的好天氣；雖然天氣好，但環保署警告，東北風增強同時，也會把大陸的污染物帶到臺灣，造成空氣品質轉差，出門請記得攜帶口罩，防寒也防污染。

氣象局也提醒，由於東北風增強，沿海空曠地區及各外島容易有較強陣風，台灣附近各海域風強浪大，若要前往海邊活動請務必注意安全。

到南韓旅遊，上吐下瀉人數爆增！根據衛生福利部疾病管制署最新通報統計，目前已經累計有10團、221人出現不適症狀；而不滿南韓官方態度消極，調查慢半拍，旅行公會全聯會也說重話，不排除建議疾管署針對南韓提高旅遊疫情等級。

疾管署是繼前天接獲9團、195人出現不適的疫情通報之後，昨天又再接獲一赴南韓旅行團通報，上吐下瀉人數已達221人，並確診其中1人感染諾羅病毒；根據觀光局統計，出狀況旅行團為雄獅、燦星、康福、五福等4家業者，以到仁川、首爾、京畿道為主，但前往餐廳並不相同。

台灣人遊南韓，頻傳上吐下瀉，南韓的調查結果卻遲遲未出爐，中華民國旅行公會全聯會就痛批南韓調查動作根本不積極，不排除建議疾管署提高旅遊疫情、將南韓列為腹瀉第1級「注意」，提醒民眾小心。

疾管署則強調，已經要求與南韓的衛生單位共同調查，目前初步懷疑有可能是當地餐廳處理食材不當，衛生出問題，至於是否提高旅遊疫情等級，必須再進一步評估。
