行政院今（19）日表示，民眾於今年農曆春節6天連假期間（2月18日至2月23日），有就醫需要但因健保卡遺失或毀損等因素無法持健保卡就醫時，持身分證明文件直接至健保署特約醫療院所填具「例外就醫名冊」，即可以健保身分安心就醫，不影響任何就醫權益。

行政院指出，因春節期間不上班，在此期間如有民眾因遺失或毀損健保卡，將無法受理換補發作業，為解決民眾無健保卡可供就醫使用，或民眾須先自墊醫療費用後再向醫療院所或健保署申請退費的不便，在春節期間有就醫需求的民眾，若無法持健保卡就醫，請至健保特約醫療院所填寫「例外就醫名冊」，即可以健保身分就醫。

同時，衛生福利部請健保特約醫療院所配合該「例外就醫名冊」措施，以免遲延民眾就醫。

為了宣傳《鐵獅玉玲瓏2》，片中的鮮肉組張睿家、蔡旻佑等人，在西門町比起腹肌，引發粉絲興奮尖叫。

許效舜提到張睿家在這部片突破很大，拍戲第一天就把褲子穿破、露出底褲，而第一次演出電影的蔡旻佑，也有裸上身的養眼鏡頭，二人堪稱是「肉色系劇組」，而且許效舜還特別幫粉絲爭取福利，在現場跟兩人互比肌肉。

導演澎恰恰也派出黃鐙輝應戰，四人一字排開、露出腹肌，只不過許效舜的腹肌走的是「肥美」路線，誇張程度大勝張睿家、蔡旻佑結實的腹部，逗得現場眾人樂不可支。

賀歲片《鐵獅玉玲瓏2》已在台上映，由澎恰恰、許效舜、陳亞蘭、呂雪鳳、高捷、黃鐙輝、張睿家、李千娜、蔡昌憲、豆花妹、阿喜、蔡旻佑、蔡阿嘎、暉倪等共同演出，熱鬧非凡。

年糕最早是過年時祭祖拜神的，有「步步高」的吉祥意涵，於是過年家家戶戶都會準備一些年糕。但許多人都只將年糕蒸一蒸，或是炸一炸而已，常常會吃膩，現在就來改變一些作法，讓年糕多點創意，風味更佳。

這些創意來自於台中美術館一家「見麵聊」的主廚，當時和朋友聚餐時，突然看到「如意年糕」這道菜，詢問之下，竟然是一道甜點，是用甜年糕製作的，因少有餐廳提供這樣的料理就點了，當上菜後，發現年糕竟然包了餛飩皮下去炸，吃起來非常酥脆可口，又不甜膩，當下就詢問主廚，為何會想這樣做？結果竟然意外得知還有其他創意做法。

主廚也很熱心的分享幾樣創意做法，讓甜年糕可以多了很多變化。首先第一種作法，跟許多婆婆媽媽們一樣，將年糕裹麵糊下去油炸，只不過，主廚將麵粉換成酥漿粉，這樣吃起來比較酥脆，而且主廚建議，在吃的時候，可以加一些用蒜頭、辣椒炒過的酸菜一起吃，吃起來鹹甜，也比較不膩口。

第二種作法，就是包餛飩皮後油炸，吃起來酥脆又不甜膩，很容易一口接一口。主廚說，這一種作法再加一道手續後，就可以變成第三種作法，而且是許多女生的最愛喔！

這第三種作法，就是將年糕切薄片，然後加上香濃的「起司片」，然後包上餛飩皮後油炸，這真的會讓女生心動，一咬下去，除了起司牽絲外，濃郁的起司奶香就充滿口中，讓人忍不住一口接一口。

大年初一民眾到台中大甲鎮瀾宮拜拜祈福，已往每每造成鎮瀾宮周邊交通大打結，今年轄區大甲分局將育德路、中華街、光明路、鎮政路及文武路，鎮瀾宮外圍道路為界，將該廟周遭規劃成徒步區，禁止汽車進入，也因此使得今天一早開始，鎮瀾宮周邊道路都是人群，商家忙的不可開交樂開懷，廟庭內裡外都是人，大甲火車站出口正對著蔣公路，步行五分鐘內就可到鎮瀾宮，搭火車來拜拜的人潮不斷，國道三大甲交流道要進入大甲市區的南北向道路，從早上近十時開始塞車，車流一度回堵到苑裡，直到下午四時許，車流才見舒緩。

鎮瀾宮廟方表示，平日廟門是晚間十一時關閉，隔天凌晨三時開廟門，昨天因為是除夕，在象徵性開廟門搶頭香活動結束後，廟門就沒再關上，今天一早就有不少信眾到廟裡上香祈福，廟裡裡外外都是人，今天到底有多少信眾進廟參拜，實在無法統計；轄區大甲派出所長詹國旭說，由於分局將廟的周邊劃為徒步區，使得周邊道路都是人，他督勤只能以腳踏車代步，有時候人太多乾脆牽車前進，大甲鎮瀾宮周邊來了多少民眾，警方也沒辦法估算；大甲火車站站長姚蘇哲說，今天一早八、九點開始，搭區間車的旅客就不斷湧現，一直到傍晚六時許，就已經有近四萬人次進出站，短程區間車票一張三、四十元，營收初估已經破四十餘萬元，人潮約到晚間九時過後才會減緩，今天約有兩成旅客是台中市區過來的，其他八成都是海線民眾；國道七隊大甲分隊說，今天一早九時許，大甲交流道進入大甲市區南、北向車道就出現車流增多的情形，這些車流都是要去鎮瀾宮拜拜的，到十時許，就出現堵車，嚴重時回到苑裡，車潮一直到下午四時過後車速才逐漸恢復正常。（孫義方／台中報導）
