威廉王子將訪陸 先用中文賀新春

2015-02-19 19:47:09 中央社 台北19日電

英國威廉王子預定3月初訪問中國大陸。他昨天拍攝影音發表新春賀詞，開場就用中文問候「大家好」，賀詞最後又用中文說：「祝你們春節快樂，羊年大吉。」

中新社發自倫敦報導，威廉王子賀詞其餘部分都是英文，他用中文問候「大家好」後表示：「我向大家致以最衷心的羊年新春祝福。」

威廉王子接著說，農曆春節對全球各地民眾來說都是一段特別的日子，很高興不久之後將訪問中國大陸，訪問期間將啟動「創意英倫」（GREAT Festival ofCreativity）盛典，為中英文化交流年揭開序幕。

他指出，中國擁有悠久燦爛的文化遺產，英國在創新方面也有當之無愧的美譽，雙方在文化關係等領域值得稱頌，具有共同之處，也有可相互學習的地方。

威廉王子預定2月底至3月初先後訪問日本和大陸。這將是威廉王子首次造訪大陸，也是自英國女王伊麗莎白二世1986年訪問大陸以來，最受矚目的英國王室成員訪陸行程。

訪問大陸期間，威廉王子將在上海出席「創意英倫」盛典開幕式，這項盛典是中英文化交流年一連串活動之一。

大陸國務院總理李克強2014年6月訪問英國期間，中英雙方將2015年定為中英文化交流年，上半年在大陸舉辦英國文化季，下半年在英國舉辦中國文化季。

陳菊寺廟走春 花媽紅包搶手

今天是大年初一，高雄市長陳菊下午至左營元帝廟參拜祈福，並發放花媽羊年開運紅包。

陳菊由兩名前副市長劉世芳、陳啟昱等人陪同至元帝廟參拜祈福，並發放印有「花媽」圖樣的羊年開運紅包，前來領取紅包民眾大排長龍，場面熱烈。

陳菊等人先在廟裡上香參拜北極玄天上帝，為高雄及全體市民祈福，祈求神明保佑國泰平安、風調雨順，新的一年市政推動順利，市民家庭平安和樂、身體健康、事業成功。

陳菊隨後並於現場發送開運紅包，向民眾拜年，現場排隊領取民眾相當踴躍，雖然紅包裡僅貼有新台幣10元硬幣，但排隊民眾說，能沾沾喜氣，值得一等。

高雄百貨福袋 iPhone6受青睞

今天是大年初一，高雄各家百貨公司紛推出新春福袋搶客，其中以iPhone6獎項最愛消費者青睞，成為搶福袋人潮的票房保證。

新光三越左營店因推出iPhone6等10項蘋果商品的套餐，昨晚就吸引大批民眾漏夜排隊。

家住左營高鐵站附近的林姓女高中生表示，從沒排過福袋，昨晚7時30分就來排隊卡位，到場後才知道頭獎內容是蘋果套餐，衝著iPhone6漏夜排也值得，她以隨身聽的音樂度過漫漫長夜，並不覺得累。

高雄大遠百販售的金羊福袋也走蘋果路線，限量1200個，每個售價新台幣1000元，享有三重好康，另有iPhone6、iPad等好禮，超值商品等大家試手氣。

中午過後，大遠百一樓廣場陸續湧入人潮等待「三羊開泰大抽獎」，由近1800張摸彩券中抽出37個獎項。來自仁武的林小姐獨得10萬元紅利券，面對難忘的新年禮物，林小姐直說「好緊張！難以置信自己會那麼幸運中大獎」。幸運抽中iPhone6的張菀驎則直呼「夢寐以求的獎項」。

同樣位處三多商圈的新光三越三多店，大獎祭出精品美鑽，也吸引不少民眾前來，5名來自屏東的民眾昨晚8時就來店卡位排福袋，他們用平板看一整夜電影殺時間。

高雄漢神百貨福袋也不遑多讓，祭出頭獎汽車，一早就吸引人龍前來搶福袋。

惡劣的台灣大哥大(文長)

台灣大哥大 根本就是一間惡劣的電信商 收月租費卻不給訊號

最近發現家母的手機常常打不進去 想說奇怪這門號做生意用的 怎會打不進去呢

2/13日 回家幫家母測試後 發現是台灣大哥大訊號不良 並非手機問題

用家母的手機撥188 發現也打不出去 最後用家用電話打去詢問

請客服人員轉交給工程單位查詢 問題點 並請有決定權的的主管回電

2/16日 工程單位回電告知 因住家附近基地台拆除 所以訊號不良 短時間內無法有訊號

當日晚上客服主管(1)回電 本人告知如果無法改善訊號問題 要求減免月租費或無條件退租

客服主管告知 訊號不良 請客戶更換新手機 本人說訊號不良跟換新手機有何關西

況且訊號問題本來就是台灣大哥大該去改善的 反過來要客戶換手機 這樣正常嗎

每個月月租費正常繳納 無欠款 家母付出去的新台幣也沒有問題缺陷

哪為何 台灣大哥大要給家母有缺陷的手機訊號

2/17日 另一位客服主管(2)來電 說明無法減免月租費 但如果要退租要求付500元違約金

但本人堅持訊號不良 應該不是我們違約 應該是台灣大哥大無法處裡好訊號問題違約

在雙方都堅持立場下 我回覆說因要看病 所以通話就先結束

結果在醫院準備治療時 台灣大哥大的客服主管連續狂打電話

醫生說先接好了 怕有急事 本人接起來後 告知台灣大哥大客服主管 因為要進行治療

所以請晚點回電 但台灣大哥大的客服完全沒把客戶的話聽進去 不斷地自言自語

本人只好掛斷 但是客服主管馬上又打來 本人為了不妨礙治療 只好關機 先治療

稍晚客服主管又打來 如果要退租費用無法減免 本人說我退一步 500違約金本人出

但門號轉移費240元 請貴公司減免 因為並不是我們要違約 而是台灣大哥大無法調整訊號

2/18日 台灣大哥大客服主管回電告知 無法減免門號轉移費240元 而且違約金500元也要付費

本人堅持說 如果訊號不能改善 違約的應該是台灣大哥大並不是 客戶 所以不願意付

2/19日 台灣大哥大主管回電 已向相關單位確認 如要退租或門號轉移 相關費用客戶都要付費

也就是500違約金+240門號轉移費 客戶都要支付

台灣大哥大這種吃人夠夠 又要收月租費 又不給訊號 想退租或門號轉移又想要收違約金 實在太過惡劣了

在此將此事打出來給 各位參考看看 讓大家在申請門號時 多多考量

年假後會去NCC投訴 這種惡劣的電信公司
