遠東百貨台中分公司襄理韓傳家也說「衛生局是幫民眾食品安全把關，不會想太多。」衛生局長黃美娜說，中午稽查該賣場糖果、餅乾、肉乾、蝦米乾貨、蔬果等抽驗三件送驗，標示都合格。

【李姿慧／台北報導】藍綠縣市政府提出春節6天全面免收費，針對eTag系統總體檢，交通部長葉匡時表示，最重要的工作是春節疏運和eTag的事情讓民眾的抱怨錯誤降低，降到O最好，以及如何監督遠通公司如何把工作做好，至於春節是否完全免費，最重要的是要從民眾交通疏運去考量，讓春節交通不要塞車，讓民眾順利回家，春節現在是晚上11時到早上6時免收費，會有移峰填谷的作用，若全天候都不收費，就無法達到交通管理效果。

【李彥初／綜合報導】日本天才童星蘆田愛菜主演的新劇《明天，沒有媽媽》，15號在日本首播後引發爭議，熊本縣熊本市經營「送子鳥搖籃」的慈惠醫院昨開記者會，抗議該劇醜化孤兒院和不人道對待兒童，部份劇情也涉嫌侵犯人權，要求電視台停播。
 
《明天，沒有媽媽》是由《無家可歸的小孩》王牌編劇野伸司監製，以日本孤兒院為背景，描述孤兒院裡面的兒童面對和親人分離外，還要適應各種生活，劇中還有孤兒院職員罵小孩、要求他們要裝哭博取同情以及小孩遭霸凌的的情節。

「eTag全民公敵、我的個資不要BOT」、「還我人工收費」，十多名民間團體成員上午高舉標語，抗議國道計程收費政策。台灣人權促進會副會長邱文聰指出，即使已有民眾退租、抵制eTag，但遠通電收仍會依車牌記錄，向民眾收取通行費。

邱文聰質疑，這是一套逃無可逃的國道電子監視系統，不論是否為eTag用戶，都被迫進入系統監控。他說，遠通電收擁有用戶資料，可以做為其他利用，對用戶有風險，他建議民眾可向遠通電收要求，拒將資料用做其他用途。

民間團體說，國道計程收費實施後，全台900多名國道收費員遭資遣，但美、日、韓的國道即使採取電子收費，仍保留人工收費車道，甚至有些道路完全不收費。建議高公局應恢復部分人工收費，保障被資遣收費員的勞動權益。

高公局業務組長彭煥儒表示，計次收費有公平疑慮，政府在92年就通過要全面實施國道計程收費，計次階段國道全線有22個收費站，收費票亭預計6月前就會全部拆除，進入計程收費後國道全線現已建置319個門架，不可能再恢復人工收費。

高鐵延長特許期 交部開協調會

台灣高鐵去年提出特許期從35年延長至99年，交通部高鐵局下午召開協調委員會，針對台灣高鐵提出的理由，討論是否符合救濟要件。高鐵局代理局長胡湘麟表示，這是第一次會議，不會討論是否延長特許期。

據了解，台灣高鐵提出延長特許期的理由，是「經濟情勢重大變更，尤其是金融海嘯，影響到台灣經濟發展，間接造成營運不如預期、營收也不如預期」。台灣高鐵依合約，認為這是不可抗力的理由，主張延長特許期進行救濟。
