泰國兩名學生因上演了一齣被認為褻瀆王室的話劇而被判入獄兩年半。

這是將近100起類似案件的最新一起，他們都被指違反了禁止批評泰國王室高級成員的法律。

去年在政變中上台的泰國軍人政府下令警方嚴查這些違法行為。

泰國的大不敬罪(lese majeste)是世界上最嚴厲的，但是批評人士說軍人政府越來越利用該法去打壓異見聲音。

這些學生參與製作了一齣話劇，取名「狼新娘」，講的是一位虛構的君主和他的顧問的故事。

該話劇2013年在曼谷的一所大學上演，以紀念學生40年前的一次學生抗議運動。這兩名學生是在去年8月被捕的，並一直在關押中。

【大紀元2月23日報導】（中央社曼谷23日法新電）泰國兩名年輕人在一所大學參與戲劇演出，遭控誹謗君主政體，今天被判刑2年6個月，因執政的軍政府正加強鎮壓違反冒犯君主罪人士。

23歲的大學生帕提瓦（Patiwat Saraiyaem）和26歲的社運人士彭蒂（Pornthip Munkong）去年8月被捕後，坦承犯下誹謗罪，判決結果今天出爐。兩人被捕前約1年，演出杜撰王國諷刺劇「狼新娘」（The Wolf Bride）。

曼谷拉差達刑事法院（Ratchada Criminal Court）法官說，由於兩人已認罪，因此將原判的5年徒刑減為2年6個月。

他說：「法院認為，他們在劇中的角色對君主政體構成嚴重傷害，沒有緩刑理由。」

帕提瓦和彭蒂2013年10月在曼谷法政大學（Thammasat University）演出這部戲，紀念在校園挺民主的學生抗爭40週年，1973年10月遭軍政府殘酷鎮壓。

判決結果出爐後，帕提瓦和彭蒂的律師帕威尼（Pawinee Chumsri）說，兩人「不會提出上訴」。（譯者：中央社劉文瑜）

奧斯卡金像獎典禮巨星雲集，場外紅毯旁則擠滿了爭相目睹巨星的影迷，有位藝術家就在好萊塢大道製作一尊在紅毯吸食古柯鹼的小金人銅像，一堆白色粉末旁擺了消費額度無上限的黑卡，意圖諷刺表面光鮮亮麗的好萊塢，私底下紙醉金迷、豪擲千金的奢華派對，其實充斥著毒品氾濫問題。

自稱為Plastic Jesus 的藝術家在小金人旁掛上「好萊塢最棒的派對」招牌，他希望吸毒小金人有警世作用，提醒好萊塢潛藏已久的毒癮問題，去年他也創作一尊注射海洛因的小金人雕像。（娛樂中心／綜合報導）

第87屆奧斯卡金像獎最佳導演獎剛剛揭曉，墨西哥導演亞歷安卓岡薩列斯伊納利圖（Alejandro González Iñárritu）意外以《鳥人》勝出，他打敗事前備受看好的《年少時代》導演李察林克雷特（Richard Linklater）奪獎，該片同時獲頒最佳影片、最佳原著劇本和最佳攝影等4獎，堪稱本屆奧斯卡的大贏家之一。
 
《鳥人》由亞歷安卓岡薩列斯伊納利圖自編自製自導，他今天三度上台領獎，將3座小金人擁在懷裡，笑得合不攏嘴。（林慧娟／綜合報導）

房地合一稅在年前輕輕放下，春節期間賞屋、買屋人氣回籠，其中遠雄表現最為亮眼，賣出20億元的房子。

遠雄副總經理蔡宗易表示，全台共計14案場春節期間吸引來人數近6000組、成交近152件，今年成交總額約20億元，比2014年成長5~6%左右。
 
蔡宗易點出，其中以新北市新莊的「巴黎公園」、「左岸」跟嘉義市「國寶」等三大建案表現最為突出，因房地合一稅在年前走向明朗，再加上遠雄全省都有推案，兩者水到渠成才造就春節業績逆勢成長。

蔡宗易表示，今年今年台商、投資客少，75%買方都是自住客，因有換購屋需求促成交，因此成交物件以小坪數、平均成交總價落在1400~1500萬左右的商品居多。（陳書榕／台北報導）
