基隆市光一路、華三街口的成功國宅，今天上午9時許，再度發生外牆磁磚剝落砸到車輛的意外，車頂被砸的林姓駕駛心有餘悸說：「當時聽到車頂碰了一聲，還來不及開車離開，又被第2波掉落的磁磚砸到，車上兩夫妻倆嚇出一身冷汗！」，所幸並沒有人受傷。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
