課網路交易稅　張盛和：研擬中

因應跨國網路時代，財政部正研議要求亞馬遜、eBay、淘寶等國外網路業者在台辦理稅籍登記以便課稅。財政部長張盛和今在立院受訪表示，現在正在研擬網路購物課稅，但課稅對象為國內收貨人，不是消費者，且3000元以下不課，財政部還會調查，有無經常性或化整為零的交易。

媒體詢問張盛和有無常上的網購平台，張則回應，沒有在網路買過東西。（郭建伸／台北報導）
