長榮、立榮合併？長榮：初步評估階段

針對媒體報導，長榮、立榮將合併，搶攻業界龍頭，長榮航今天中午發布重訊表示，兩家公司合併目前尚處初步評估階段，另針對長榮航在美國涉嫌違反反托辣斯法，長榮航表示，針對長榮航在美國因客貨運燃油附加費被控涉嫌違反反托辣斯法的民事訴訟案，已在去年第3季合併季報中載明，目前視法院審理狀況，將適時揭露。（陳慜蔚／台北報導）
