標題[請問] 關於公傷假

前幾天下班因為跟同事閃狗擦撞雷殘受傷(沒叫警察) 阿之後手腳受傷沒辦法工作 前後請了兩張證明請四天假在家休息 結果公司卻跟我說可能只能請一天是公傷假 原因是因為證明上面寫著受傷狀況看不出很嚴重 然後也不是大醫院的證明 公司說公傷假能有幾天..是送審勞保還勞工局決定的 不是公司決定的~這真的是這樣嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.171.175.126 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1426053095.A.0CE.html
