熱火主場經過延長賽廝殺，以114：109逆轉國王，重回東區第八。

3名主將因傷休戰，好在有韋德（Dwyane Wade）復出，奉獻28分4籃板4助攻，替補泰勒-詹森（Tyler Johnson）24分6籃板6助攻，比斯利（Michael Beasley）18分7籃板。

國王隊3連敗，考辛斯（DeMarcus Cousins）27分17籃板，蓋伊（Rudy Gay）27分8籃板5助攻，麥克萊默（Ben McLemore）20分。

開賽後，國王內外火力全開，連續投中3個三分球，取得23：17領先優勢。首節熱火以26：30落後。次節，國王6：0攻勢，將比分差距拉開到兩位數。上半場，國王以61：47領先。
