北市社會局今天下午2點在市府舉辦「幸福女人調」感恩音樂會歡慶婦女節，北市長柯文哲對外籍配偶的「進口說」引發議論，柯母何瑞英說，她也不知怎麼形容外配來台，柯的說法無惡意，請大家諒解。
