微軟怒告京瓷手機侵權要求禁輸美

跨足手機市場的美國軟體巨擘微軟（Microsoft）指控日本手機製造商京瓷侵犯專利。

法新社報導，根據6日法院文件，微軟指控京瓷的Android智慧型手機Duraforce、Hydro和Brigadier侵犯微軟的地理定位、文字簡訊等受到保護的專利。

路透社報導，根據法院文件，微軟要求西雅圖聯邦法院對京瓷侵權產品下達禁止輸美命令。
