焦點股～法說行情＋現金減資　敦泰漲聲響起

因應合併旭曜後股本膨脹，敦泰(3545)宣布現金減資3成、每股退還股東3元現金，減資後資本額降到29億元，時程預估將在第3季底至第4季初。今天敦泰股價以38.75元開高，漲幅逾3%。

敦泰5日董事會則通過減資一案，減資幅度3成，預計現金減資12.49億元，清除1.249億股，每股將退還股東3元現金；今天下午將舉行法說會，由董事長胡正大親自上陣釋出展望預估，市場將聚焦合併後的新敦泰獲利效益，以及觸控驅動整合性產品IDC，指紋辨識產品後續規劃。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
