斥資2.2億辦Ubike　桃市府：前半小時免費

桃園市長鄭文燦今表示，桃園市公共自行車租賃系統，將規劃前30分鐘免費政策，鼓勵使用公共自行車；市政府預定今年7月底前完成招標程序，8月開始建置，預定在兩年內至少完成130個固定租賃站、2800輛公共自行車的建置營運。
 
鄭文燦說，公共自行車租賃系統將採取「民間建置、民間營運」的模式，交通局規劃7年營運期，補貼2億2千萬營運虧損；另為鼓勵市民多加利用，桃園市公共自行車將提供前30分鐘免費租用；至於租用費率，初步評估是30分鐘10元，並建立調整機制，依每年營運狀況調整費率。
 
鄭文燦表示，全國各地的公共自行車租賃系統名稱都不太一樣，有Ubike等不同稱呼，為增加這個系統的認同度，市府將舉辦命名活動，邀請市民一同參與桃園公共自行車租賃系統的命名。（張沛森／桃園報導）
