新富鉅董事長黃子愛被控向富商林金龍（蕭薔前緋聞男友）購買內湖台宇實業公司與土地後，涉嫌膨脹買賣契約，將4億元的買賣價金灌水至11億元，透過土地銀行內湖分行經理楊鳳卿協助，成功冒貸4億元，台北地檢署認為有內神通外鬼，今天指揮調查局搜索約談黃子愛，深夜依違反銀行法命黃子愛交保100萬元。
