對抗IS　美國土耳其將訓練敘利亞叛軍

美聯社今天（20日）報導，美國駐安哥拉大使館表示，美國與土耳其在19日晚間已簽署協議，對敘利亞叛軍提供訓練及裝備，以協助他們對抗中東恐怖組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）。

路透今天報導，美國軍方擬派遣特種部隊等逾400支部隊，在敘利亞外圍的若干地點訓練敘利亞叛軍，這是打擊IS戰略的一環。

土耳其政府表示，訓練計畫最早可望在3月初展開。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
