不停查看手機　你恐是個情緒不定的人

美國德州貝勒大學(Baylor University)近日一項研究發現，無時無刻查看手機的人，可能是情緒不定的人，試圖以查看手機來改善心情。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，研究發現，查看手機成癮與情緒不穩定有關，也會影響處理手上事情的集中力。手機不離手的人，往往容易喜怒無常。而查看手機，常變成情緒不穩定者的「鎮定劑」，讓他們的情緒穩定些，或者讓他們暫時不去想那些困擾他們的事。研究又發現，經常查看手機的人，往往是外向的人，而性格內向者，反而較少倚賴手機。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
