這是電信公司的規定

若是加盟店沒達到每個月的業績,肯定吃罰單

若是簽約後不滿3個月解約,傭金會被討回去,也就是做白工

照你的描述,電信公司給加盟店的傭金肯定大於5000元,否則會賠本

加盟店再拿這5000元,補貼你的違約金

雖然賺不到你的傭金,但卻可以避免達不到每個月業績的罰單
