合邦股權多春取得52%

IC設計公司合邦（6103）昨（17）日公告，接獲多春國際投資通知，已取得該公司過半股權。合邦並指出，多春國際投資即為該公司近期私募增資的應募人。

根據合邦公告，多春國際投資持有其股權比例為52.62%，已拿下過半股權。根據合邦年報，多春國際投資原本即掌握合邦七席董事中的三席，並由代表人柯拔希出任副董事長。到去年4月底時，多春國際投資已持有合邦46.25%股權。

合邦去年合併營收為4,320萬元，年增27.5%，去年前三季每股淨損0.3元，最近一次私募案將募資1萬張，每股參考價格為6.45元，實際私募價格則為5.16元，預計募集5,160萬元。
